We had a very nice stay. ☺️ The two (!) rooftops are very cool. Near by is a mosque, but it didn’t bother us, we enjoyed the sounds. The house is super cute. Definitely would stay there again. 💜

Dear Emre I would like to sincerely thank you for your care and warmth! Your place is basic, but for me it was the resting place in the city of Izmir, where I felt very comfortable! me and my fiancée are a couple who cares about privacy and what can I say Mr. Osman is a wonderful host. If you are going to stay in Izmir as a couple, you can choose Mr. Osman directly without thinking about it. The neighborhood and the environment are very nice for the couples:) he offers my thanks to Mr. Osman for his help, we are patient to prefer him in the next stay...

do not expect a 5 stars hotel but the place was worth the money. The flat is big (2 floors) with 2 kitchen (one on each floor). The shower is downstairs while the toilet is upstairs. Bed were comfortable and the water was hot in the shower. Maybe I could have done with more equipment in the kitchen, honestly. We always could find a parking spot outside the door and the location is right in the city center where there are a lot of restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. The host was very responsive and patience. Self check in was easy and handy. thanks!

Mr. Selim provided us with a problem-free accommodation. The house conditions were conducive to our stay for 10 days. We were also able to reach basic appliances easily.

It was a comfortable and clean place. We loved it.

Our stay for 9 days was great. The view of the balcony and terrace was happy, especially at night, you can watch the stars very clearly, the area was little and very calm. The house was very beautifully designed, especially the kitchen was very useful. It was very nice to have both air conditioning and ceiling fans in the rooms, and the cabinets in the rooms were sufficient. We asked about the baby bed, Ms. Nese arranged it quickly, everything was ready when we arrived. The area is calm and nature is also close to the center. It is very close to the sea, there is both sand and shaded beach options. Özdere cukuralti beach for families with children is very nice, a little crowded, but pleasant. Thank you so much for making our holiday nice to Ms. Nese.

Place was great, owners answered every question i had in maximum 10 mins. Place is clean, lightning is great, has a great balcony. Location was great. (restourants, coctail places, coffee shops etc.)

We enjoyed our stay very much, we felt like we were in our own home. The sauna thing was also delicious :)

My friends and I had an amazing stay here! The host was incredibly kind, and the villa was very clean and well-maintained. The area was very quiet and peaceful.

The only problem is that we couldn't turn on the air conditioning inside, we didn't want to disturb the host because it was late, honestly , the house is beautiful , the pool is nice , the hosts are beautiful people, just don't forget to ask about the air conditioning when entering 😅🫶🏼

It is a great villa, very spacious. I stayed here with my extended family and kids loved the big garden, pool, cats and bunnies. Villa is only few minutes drive from the main shopping mall of the town which we used for getting everything for the BBQ. It is not cheap but you get luxury, we were all happy and we will be back.

the house is really number 10, I thought I'd buy salt and pepper for cooking before you go, I thought I'd get into the house, mint coffee, salt, pepper, oil, everything was available, there was a pot and pan, the view was already great, only the neighborhood was very loud, and the children made a lot of noise when they went up and down in the apartment, the room is children, thanks to them, it's no problem, the bathroom is clean, everything was sparkling clean, the host was interested enough, thanks to the host, it was only a little nice, the location was not in a nice place, I recommend those who do not want to take a taxi on the mansion, get off at the zafer middle school station, open the location on the map for a maximum of 5 minutes. Also, there is a shopping mall in the neighborhood, your information is that, as we know, do not carry 10 km with you. 🤣

Great views, spacious and clean apartment. Murats communication was good. Only drawbacks - bit of a long steep walk into town and the shower room was quite small and dated. Otherwise a great stay.
