The house is 3-5 minutes walking to the parking lot. You can lower your dishes to the house and park the vehicle and walk comfortably. Mr. Günay has excellent communication. The apartment has everything you might need, it is very convenient and makes you feel at home. The location is perfect: 200 m from walking street with restaurants and not far from the Quay. Günyol was a perfect host, friendly and helpful. If you want to live in the centre of vibrant Turkish life - this place is definitely for you.

I had my first Air BnB experience with Ms. Huri,she was very nice and caring. I felt like I was almost at home with my friend. It is also not very difficult to get along, if you want to stay, you can choose it without hesitation. :)

Very sociable and welcoming host. The apartment is in excellent condition, has everything you need. Super location, literally 100 meters from the main streets with multiple excellent cafes and restaurants. I really liked the ferry service between our city and the old city across the bay. I definitely recommend it!!!

We are glad we preferred it, we did not encounter any problems. The location of the house is within walking distance to the art street. Being close to the public transportation route is ideal for those who do not have a vehicle. The house was generally clean. There is not enough kitchen equipment missing. Dear Emre I would like to sincerely thank you for your care and warmth! Your place is basic, but for me it was the resting place in the city of Izmir, where I felt very comfortable! If you are going to stay in Izmir as a couple, you can choose Mr. Osman directly without thinking about it. Lotus Garden is a great hostel. Nice host. Interesting guests. The facilities are fabulous for an economy traveler. Close to good walking malls, central culture park, and shoreline in İzmir.
