Very easy walking distance to the Sage and ten minutes walk to Central Station. For Parking The nearest multi-storey Is 5 mins away on Dean Street NE1 1PG It’s 2.10 an hour between 8am and 7pm and free over night. Sometimes in the summer the famous Tyne Bridge Kittiwake’s can be a little noisy.

We're only a couple of miles from the C2C cycle route, with easy access to lots of other cycle routes & walks.

Located just off the A1 to the north of the city, it is situated in a quiet residential family area and has ample free street parking nearby. This Pied a Terre is next door to St Mary's Chapel and Jesmond Dene. It's a 5 minute stroll to lovely places for breakfast, drinks or an evening meal. Transport links are excellent, the metro into the city centre, metro centre, the airport and the coast is a 10 minute walk. You’ll love my place because of the location, it really is perfect. Parking is available and there is easy access to motorways both north and south.
