We have an outdoor space for barbecues, a swimming pool, a ping-pong table, a pool table, an indoor fireplace, several areas for eating and relaxing, a kitchen equipped with everything you need, and an indoor patio where you can shelter from the Tramuntana. All set for a good stay without leaving home.

We offer you accommodation in a rural environment where you can enjoy spectacular views while taking a dip in the pool. The place is very quiet and the loft has just been renovated, maintaining the rustic and practical essence at the same time. It has a ground floor with direct exit to the courtyard with kitchen, bathroom and living room and an open first floor with a double bed. Come and enjoy the calm of this air-conditioned and independent apartment, peaceful in the heart of the old village of Argeles-sur-Mer, and completely refurbished in 2022. Quiet but close to the village center, 2 or 4 people can stay thanks to the sofa bed in the living room, and enjoy the terrace overlooking the river and nature. Good views from the house of the surrounding mountains. Ideal for fishermen, cyclists or people who like to walk. Space to leave fishing clothes, bikes or other material. You'll have outdoor space, a large terrace, a good porch, private parking, Wi-Fi, and space for remote work.

The patio house

The patio house is the result of a dream. Located next to the pool in the courtyard of the main house, it consists of two rooms. There is a huge dressing room in the beautiful entrance. From there, you will access an open space in which you will not find anything missing. 2 terraces for your exclusive use The pool, barbecue, solarium and patio are shared with my granddaughter and me. In summer, my family may also be there, always respecting the privacy of the guests.

The studio is air-conditioned. It has a fully private patio, ideal place to relax after a day of sightseeing! Trouillas is located on the Wine Route, in the heart of the Aspres. A paradise for lovers of hiking and gastronomic tours. Spain is a 20-minute drive away.
