The place is very quiet and the loft has just been renovated, maintaining the rustic and practical essence at the same time. It has a ground floor with direct exit to the courtyard with kitchen, bathroom and living room and an open first floor with a double bed. Taking advantage of the perimeter of the main house, the renovation has resulted in an apartment attached to a swimming pool and an attached two-story house. The house and garden complex, plus the surrounding forest, could be defined as a combination of medieval civil architecture, updated with modern materials and design details.

The apartment is on the ground floor of the house, has a separate entrance, ideal for four people with an additional double sofa bed that allows up to 6 people. It is a 1840 cabin, 100 m2, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen. It's all on the same floor. It has a "porch" exit with tables and a barbecue. Outside the cabin is the swimming pool (fully fenced) that can be used at all times. The cabin is fully equipped with sheets, towels, kitchen utensils... 100 meters from the house is the farm (rabbits, chickens, cows, etc.) that can be visited at any time and a small riding school.

The patio house

The property consists of two independent houses on the same plot: the main house, where my granddaughter and I live, and La Casita del Patio, intended exclusively for guests. It has a large dressing room, a fully equipped open space, and two terraces for exclusive use. The pool, barbecue, solarium and patio are shared with my granddaughter and me. In the summer, some of my family may also be there, always respecting the privacy of the guests.
