The place was great! Loredana and Letizia welcomed us very cheerfully and were easily accessible for questions. The location couldn't be better. The view of the valley and the tranquility are particularly noteworthy. The apartment had everything you needed and much more, it was pleasantly cool despite +30 outside. We saw fireflies and were able to end the evening on the terrace. There are many things to see in the area. We were in the stalactite cave, Monte Montana and Pisa. The beaches in the area are also great and in the evening you can comfortably walk on the promenade. The beach is 20 minutes away by car. Parking is chargeable, but not expensive. We recommend the area, the fine village of Pedona and the accommodation at Loredana and Letizia! Thank you so much for the nice apartment.

Maria and Claudio have been the perfect hosts. Their vacation house is so nice that you can start feel home immediately. The garden and pool ist just remarkable. We would love to come back someday!

Massimo was very kind, also meeting us on check-in time, provided us with all the useful information about the house and the area, and was always available for any questions and needs. The house is very nice, clean, furnished with heart. It has a new kitchen with everything you need, oven and dishwasher, and Massimo also provided us with the high chair for my daughter. The bed is very comfortable, clean sheets and towels. Living room with large TV and wifi. The small exclusive courtyard is very nice. The area is quiet and convenient to the sea and amenities

We stayed 5 days and felt at home and relaxed. Location was great. The kitchen was well equipped. Lots of room, local info and books. Ilaria was extremely helpful when we needed it upon a rushed departure. Thank you!

Easy to check in and always available for any question

Tina was a wonderful and gracious hostess. She made sure all things were communicated before and during our stay. Her lovely home had all the amenities needed and was a perfect space for our family of five as we explored Florence, Pisa and Cinque Terre. I only wished we'd had more time so our son could have enjoyed the pool more than a quick swim the first evening. We also really enjoyed the Burger restaurant right up the road for a convenient meal with a casual atmosphere and good food.

Giacomo is a really helpful host, who adapted to my unforeseen events and was cordial and kind! The place was very clean and tidy, I will definitely come back 😊

The place is very nice, surrounded by nature and in an area far from everything. Suitable for going to the ski areas or for walks in the woods Roberto was very flexible with the schedules and made us find the house with the heating on

Alessandra and Raffaele They are absolutely helpful and kind people. We were traveling by bike and we had more than one problem and they did their best to accompany us where we needed to go, provide us with the necessary material and support! The place is really nice and quiet. Too bad we couldn't stay longer. 😁

We stayed 4 days and it was a great pity to have to leave. The house is beautiful, the garden is beautiful and we also had bicycles supplied. There is everything you need... the kitchen has pots, plates, glasses, induction stove and all the necessary cutlery... the bathrooms are small but complete with everything. The area is well supplied and nearby there is the bar del grillo which at first glance does not seem like much but instead the managers are very kind and make excellent cappuccinos, coffee and sweets for breakfast. By bike you can easily reach Forte dei Marmi and other seaside resorts. By car you can easily reach Lucca and Pisa. The nearby villages are all very beautiful (Pietrasanta, Viareggio..). Highly recommended

We just had a wonderful 3-week family stay. Great vacation at Claudio and his wife's. Helpful, welcoming, available hosts... all with discretion. 👍 Very clean and comfortable accommodation. The home and its surroundings make for a very pleasant vacation. The pool and air conditioning throughout the accommodation offers ideal comfort to enjoy the sun without suffering from the heat 😊 The location allows you to visit, by car, many Tuscan sites and enjoy this beautiful region. And Claudio is happy to give good tips, good places to go... so that we can make unforgettable memories 😊 We'll definitely be back. 😃

We had a great stay at Alice’s place! It’s in a nice location, just away from the hustle and bustle but perfectly walkable. She was always responsive and very helpful, would definitely recommend!

Gioia’s little piece of Tuscan paradise exceeded all expectations. The apartment was lovely, the scenery gorgeous and the pool perfect for lounging amongst the lavender and olive trees, not to mention hanging out with Wolfy. Do not miss an opportunity to take the pasta making class with Graziella as she helped us craft one of the best Italian meals we’ve had! This was one of the highlights of our weeks in Europe and we can’t wait to return.

The hostess is a very warm person. She personally welcomed us upon arrival and showed us everything. She was also very helpful with restaurant recommendations. I highly recommend it to anyone.

Dear Anna-Lisa and Marcello, we had a fantastic time in your beautiful house, which we would love to recommend. The house has been lovingly renovated, is pleasantly cool and very well equipped. In front of the house is a huge garden where children can have fun. There is also a covered area with a table and chairs. The house is ideally located for all excursions, whether to the beach, to beautiful small villages and of course to the great old town of Lucca. Anna-Lisa gave us great tips in advance for exploring the area. It is worth highlighting the great helpfulness of Anna-Lisa, who was always very easily accessible and helped us with all questions or difficult situations, such as a hospital stay. A big thank you for your great hospitality and your delicious olive oil! Grazie mille! We will be happy to come back :)

Perfect accommodation, everything was as described. Almost all the equipment was new, everything was spotless. Nice, well-equipped, sophisticated house. The host was helpful and kind.

The place is an absolute find! The house is huge with beautiful spacious rooms and well equipped kitchen. The beds were comfy . Sherif who looks over the house , welcomed us on arrival , showed us around and was present on the grounds so could help with any issues that arise . The grounds are stunning and idyllic giving you the peace and views of Tuscany . It was perfect for a family vacay with three young kids and parents . We did day trips to Pisa ( 10 min ) and Luca ( 30min) with cars we rented . All straight forward drives . My friends and family are all wanting to book to come !

It has been our second time at this place and it was perfect as always. The property is beautiful as is the cottage and we enjoyed our stay very much. Kata has been very helpful and always responded quickly. We love this area as the Tuscans are super relaxed, very friendly and welcoming.

Upon entering the accommodation we received a very warm welcome in a very soothing environment! The host's son helped us lift our luggage to the cottage. Beautiful apartment, a fantastic terrace with a great view of the mountains! From morning to evening sun. Nice address received from a local restaurant in the village. We had a wonderful 5 days staying in Meera and Federico's apartment. It was right in the centre of the town overlooking the sea. Plenty of restaurants, shops etc. The apartment was perfect, everything for a comfortable holiday. Meera and Federico were easy to communicate with. We will come back again.
