This villa in Viagreggio perfectly suited our needs. The space was exactly as described - the A/c was needed in the high temperatures. The property is ideally situated between the train station and the beach - it was approximately an 8 minute walk from the station, and 10 minute walk to the beach. Irene was a great host - responding very quickly to any questions we had.

As a family of 4, we had a perfect stay at La Lucertola. Luisa and Colin were friendly, attentive and helpful from the minute we arrived to when we left. They were available on the phone throughout, if needed. The music studio was an incredible addition - we felt very lucky to have access to it throughout our stay. The accommodation is located up a narrow track, but this meant we had access to stunning views and wildlife all around. Although the pool was cold, due to the time of year we visited, it didn’t stop us using it a couple of times. The pool is perfectly located - overlooking Pisa. There was plenty of seating around the pool and, although other families were staying in the house next door, it didn’t once feel like we couldn’t use any of the facilities. Other great facilities worth mentioning - the pizza oven is such an experience - to make pizzas overlooking the tower of Pisa, in Italy, was incredible. We also had all the cleaning items and linen we needed too. Grazie.

Our stay at Teresa’s place was exceptional. The apartment is in a great location for walking to the beach, to shops, to restaurants, and parks, etc. Parking on the premises is a great boon. Also it is an ideal base for exploring Tuscany. The apartment is large, bright and well maintained. We felt very much at home here. Teresa and her husband are delightful, helpful, friendly and responsive hosts. We recommend this Airbnb most highly and hope to return.

even though we only spent one night at Silvia's, we can say that the apartment is nice and comfortable, the two rooms are spacious, ideal for those who want to stay in 4, comfortable beds. There were 6 of us and even the sofa bed is comfortable; the large room so there are no space problems even when it is open. The double bathroom is comfortable when there are many. It is in a quiet area. The apartment was tidy and clean. Friendly and welcoming host; we had a commitment nearby and she was very kind to welcome us at the time that was most convenient for us. We also recommend it for summer getaways, if next year we are in the area again it will be the first one we will contact!

Perfect location - could not select a more beautiful setting. Il Paluffo manages to feel luxurious and green as well as rustic with modern comforts all at the same time. The location is stunning - pictures do not do it justice. Il Paluffo is tastefully decorated, intimate with lots of amenities, and unique offerings. There was a cooking class offered while we were there! This is a truly unique and magical place, the perfect Tuscany experience.

We spent a wonderful week in Cristina's house in Fabbiano and really enjoyed our break from everyday life there. The house is beautifully integrated into the small, quiet, very romantic place. You enjoy a wonderful view of the valley and the mountains from the garden and can also take a beautiful hike from the house. Cristina's welcome was very warm and made us feel really welcome in her house. We could always ask them if we needed advice. The garden is fantastic. Unfortunately, it was already too cold for the pool. For this, we enjoyed the fireplace very much. Despite the mixed weather, we did a lot because the house is centrally located between the sea, the mountains and some very beautiful cities (e.g. Viareggio, Lucca, Pisa, Bargo). Since the garden is completely fenced, our dog was also able to move freely the whole time. For small families who love tranquility and seclusion, the house is ideal

If I could give more than five stars, I would! The apartment was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped for a comfortable stay. Miriam and Roberto considered every detail—from the super comfy beds to the warm welcome. It's perfectly located near the central station, making it easy to catch trains to Cinque Terre. Miriam communicated promptly and warmly, offering helpful local tips. It’s clear they truly care about their guests' experience. Despite our early morning checkout, they came to see us off and even drove our heavy bags to the station—such a kind gesture! Their hospitality made us feel like we were visiting friends. We had a lovely stay at Daniella's apartment! It was comfortable, well-equipped and in the heart of the city center while being within walking distance from the train station. Great for visiting La Spezia and Cinque Terre!

We loved the private apartment within walking distance of the city center and sights,( being near the station was handy for day trips to Pisa and Florence considering the parking situation), everything was super clean and well equipped, with very personal attention. And Nonna‘s welcome cake was a treat! ❤️

Daniela is just thoughtful and perfect as a host. She was very nice and always available to us, even going beyond her prerogatives by offering us additional services for our daughter who sprained her ankle during our vacation. You can tell she loves what she does and she does it perfectly. The accommodation is perfect and what about the location: only a 10-minute walk to the train station or airport. The city center is a little far on foot but it's very doable when you're on vacation (about 30 minutes). Despite the location close to the airport, the accommodation is quiet at night. We are really delighted by our time at Emilia's apartment. Exemplary cleanliness, beyond matching the description given on Airbnb, it's a real place to live on a daily basis. Emilia was very considerate, heard from us every day. The hosting by her daughter, who was also very friendly, was very effective. A perfect place to stay for a wonderful trip in Cinque Terre. Riomaggiore is the perfect place to stay and Irene was a perfect host. Very economisation and knowledgeable on the local area. A great location for access to restaurant, train stations and sea views.

I had a wonderful stay. The location is perfect, just a short and easy walk to the scenic viewpoint overlooking Manarola. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Franco was incredibly kind and welcoming. He even shared some interesting details about his wine, which added a personal touch to the experience. It’s also an easy and convenient home base for exploring the rest of Cinque Terre. Highly recommend!

Fantastic location near the city and view from the apartment is outstanding. The only problem we had was getting in the apartment as the apartment door is finicky and this could be easily corrected. Would rent again and again. Magical place, magical city.

We loved our stay here. We bought the 2 day pass for unlimited train and Cinque Terre. It took us 10 minutes to walk to train station. Giulia gave us a warm welcome and was very helpful. Antonio's apartment is in a very convenient location, it is well furnished and cozy, more beautiful live than in the photos. Antonio was available and accurate. Absolutely recommended.

Our stay at Stefanos was amazing. His apartment is a perfect refuge in the beautiful cinque terre area and he is a fantastic host who considers all the things you may need. The apartment is beautiful and so convenient! (It is so close to the train station but super quiet and with a beautiful view and does not require walking up any stairs!) Would highly recommend!

The stay at the apartment was simply perfect, super equipped with any comfort that can be useful to make the guest feel at home, impeccable cleanliness and Nicoletta always available, precise in communications and super kind in having us find, upon our arrival, welcome gifts both for us adults (Chianti wine with two glasses!!) and for our little ones. definitely in the future if we decide to return to the Viareggio area, we will know where to go!! super recommended apartment and host!!!

A very kind and attentive person, she speaks French very well and gave us very good advice for finding a restaurant. She offered our daughter a small chicken and chocolates because it was Easter weekend, a charming touch and had prepared a basket for our dog. In short, we were very well hosted. As for the accommodation, it is very spacious, well furnished, there is absolutely everything you need, nothing is missing. The environment is very quiet and there are some lovely walks to take. I would highly recommend it!
