Condo vacation rentals in Garden District, New Orleans

We had a great time at the Balcony House! The location was great for access to many areas in New Orleans. Transportation was easy to find and the neighborhood felt safe.

Centrally located and nice space

This was about as perfect an experience as I could've hoped for. A beautiful, well kept, QUIET condo (2 combined units) in an amazing and safe location - easily walkable to both the FQ and Riverwalk areas. Brad was proactive, responsive, and kind. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a quiet and comfortable stay while being close enough to all the action.

I love staying Uptown when in New Orleans! Brad's place was in a nice quite neighborhood walking distance to Oak Street (The Maple Leaf, lots of great restaurants). It was great to feel more local and be able to walk to nearby spots! Brad was quick to reply and made my ability to add an extra night smooth as can be!

My partner and I stayed here for our first trip to NOLA, it was incredible! The place was steps away from all of the “must sees” of New Orleans, and the loft was clean and quiet. (Other than the streetcar, but that didn’t bother us!) We will definitely stay here again!

I couldn’t recommend this listing enough! Apartment is clean and comfortable, exactly as described. Host was very easy to connect with, gave clear instructions and was accommodating. Location was perfect for us- halfway between the Garden District and French quarter. Lots of nice coffee shops within walking distance. My family and I very much enjoyed our stay.

I was extremely satisfied with my stay here. Brad and his team were helpful and quick to respond; all instructions were very clear. The unit was spotless and cozy, and the complex was modern and peaceful. I can't say enough about the neighborhood. It was very pleasant and the people were friendly and welcoming. It's very walkable and close to some of my new favorite restaurants in New Orleans. I come to this city every year and this has been my favorite so far.

Loved the stay. I was so happy the listing matched the description and photo’s it was beautiful and clean. David answered all my questions and in a timely manner .I was able to park in front which was free so that was an added bonus for me lol . The balcony was so peaceful at night for me to sit out and read . Would look forward to coming back if i ever need a airbnb in the city again. I would definitely recommend.

Very nice apartment close to French Quarter but far enough away to escape the crowds. Comfortable, quiet and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped and clean. Definitely would stay here again.

We had an amazing time staying here. The place is actually way bigger than it seems in all the pictures. It is also walking distance to amazing restaurants and bars. Highly recommend staying here!

great place to stay if you are visiting NOLA. Off street parking as well as plenty of street parking. 15 minute walk to Charles St, streetcar. if you dont want to walk, 3 minute drive to the stop with lots of street parking. close to the highway(10) if you are going to plantations or swamp tours and back to the airport. Super comfy beds. we loved our stay!!!!!

We had a great stay in the property. It is quaint and has a ton of potential. All in all, it was very comfortable and we had no issues while there. It was located close to all of the major attractions and a short driving distance to the French quarter. Would definitely stay again.

We truly had a wonderful time! The place was great and very comfortable. It was beautiful! There was so much within walking distance, including the mall. We were in a good location and within 15-20 minutes to downtown New Orleans and the airport. Our family of 4 appreciated having their own bedrooms and bathrooms as well. It was hard to tell from the picture what was surrounding the location, but there is plenty to do and great restaurants near-by. It was just an all-around great place for our stay. If we are back in the area, this would be our home away from home!!

Edris was a great host and the Airbnb was comfortable and met our needs. Clean and comfortable. The perfect place to stay if you plan to hit the sites in the city and also head out to the bayou. There was a bad thunderstorm that came through during our stay and knocked out power in the neighborhood for some time. Edris was response the whole time and kept us informed about when the power might be restored. You'll have a fine time at this Airbnb.

This place is AMAZING. I’ve never stayed in a more beautiful Airbnb. The kitchen is awesome, the bed is so comfortable, and there is a wonderful view on the balcony. The space is very contemporary and feels luxurious which is exactly what I love! Lilly was our host and she was amazing! She’s very thorough with explaining where everything is and how everything works. My husband and I walked just about everywhere because it’s walking distance. Great location. I highly recommend staying here!

The space was great, exactly as promised. Location is absolutely perfect to experience the French Quarter. Walking distance to street car and bus lines for easy transportation to other places in the city. The space was very clean and had every amenity we could have wanted. One bedroom is street side and can be a bit loud at times but the other room is secluded in the interior and was plenty quiet to rest up. It is a heavy nightlife area so asking for total silence is not realistic, but for the location it was much quieter than we were expecting. Overall a great stay as long as you understand your location and the reality of the area being very busy and pretty loud. Would 100% recommend this stay to anyone looking to experience bourbon street and the surrounding area.

Great stay overall - the place is super close to the center attractions and quite walkable. The host was very responsive and immediately reacted to anything we needed. We were offered early check in for an additional fee which was lovely - and we took advantage of it- Overall awesome!

10/10 Highly Recommend ! This was my boyfriend’s and I second time staying here. Everything is as pictured and the hosts are very responsive. I’m already thinking about coming back the end of June. Thanks for everything and providing a home away from home.

This was a great place to stay, though it was pretty bare bones in the kitchen and as far as furniture goes. Never did find bedding for the pull out couch and the tv didn’t work but the host tried to help with both of those issues. Location for ease of the streetcar was great!

Easy to find, convenient location, great restaurant directly below us, clean, spacious, extra bedding, the pool was a bonus. Would recommend.

I stayed for four days durning jazz fest and had a wonderful time! I felt comfortable & safe during my stay. Very peaceful, clean, and spacious. I was provided with a code to enter the building and a separate code for the room. Secuirty is always on site! It was an easy process. Please be mindful there's public garage parking and depending on events for the month they may charge more but I was inform parking normally $25 a night. I literally parked and walked majority of my stay. I will definitely be back.
