Nice apartment, extremely well located, walking distance from the street car and many grocery stores. Brian is a top host, very proactive and easy to communicate with (he responds to messages within a few minutes). We would definitely stay there again! Thank you Brian for letting us stay in your apartment, and for tour kindness during our stay from the start.

We had a wonderful stay at Ryan’s place! The location was perfect! Close to everything we needed and the list of local recommendations he provided was super helpful. The house itself was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. Ryan was extremely helpful and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Steven's place was perfect for our trip! We had two days in New Orleans and the location was ideal. 25-30 minute walk to the French Quarter or 2 minute walk to the nearest streetcar station which can also take you up through the Garden District and Magazine Street. Nearby shops and restaurants are also great! The place was clean and has everything you need for your stay. Check in/check out is super easy and secure and Steven is an incredibly responsive and helpful host. Highly recommend!

"per·se·ver·ance" - Historic Uptown Double Shotgun

TylerRating, 5 stars2 days ago
Michael and Robert were incredible hosts. From the moment of arrival to every communication during our stay. They were friendly and thoughtful and made our first time to New Orleans that much nicer. The space was very nice and clean and super comfortable. A/C was definitely our saviour during our stay! The area was so nice and relaxing yet exciting. Plenty of amenities within short walking distances meant you would never need to leave the area if you didn’t want to. Which would be crazy because New Orleans as a whole has so much to offer everyone! Everything we had planned to do and see was within a convenient 20-25 minute drive max. The food was incredible, the people were so nice and our stay with Robert and Michael in this incredible city just may have made the short list for one of our favourite trips to date. We cannot wait to return and we will absolutely be booking with Michael and Robert again in the future.

Place was great! Beautiful and well kept! It is noisy because it's on St Charles but they have a fan in the room we turned on and it drowned out the noise really well. The courtyard is nice to have breakfast in the morning and chill. Thanks so much for letting us stay!!

Alexandra’s place was perfect for our three day stay for our group of three. Cute, comfy and exactly as pictured. The location could not have been more perfect! An easy walk to Magazine street with so many delicious options for different types of foods, desserts, and an easy walk to and through the Garden district. Also, a super quick ride to the French Quarter. There’s a great convenience store about a three minute walk up the street. Parking was a bonus. Thank you, Alexandra for a wonderful stay.

Explore Magazine Street from a Chic, Tranquil Home

MarieRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Ian was an incredible host—super communicative and accommodating from the start. He even texted a few hours before our arrival to ask what temperature we’d like the thermostat set to, which was such a thoughtful touch. The space itself is absolutely gorgeous, beautifully furnished, and just a block and a half from Magazine Street, which made exploring the area super easy. The kitchen was spotless and really well stocked, and the linens felt like pure luxury. The beds and pillows were insanely comfortable—we slept like rocks. Honestly, I kind of want to keep this gem to myself, but I have to say: I highly recommend both the accommodations and Ian as a host!

Enjoy Your Stay at Chez Delachaise

SamanthaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Imbrie's place is clean, comfortable and convenient. We felt right at home and especially enjoyed the very comfy bed and the large shower. We didn't have a chance to make a full meal in the house but the kitchen was gorgeous, clean, and featured everything you would need in terms of spices and cookware. All the kitchen appliances seemed to be new as well. New Orleans is a hot and humid city but the bedroom has an excellent ceiling fan and the thermostat and AC were updated and worked great! The neighborhood is quiet and walkable to more restaurants, coffee shops, bars and breweries than we could enjoy even with 8 days in town!

Definitely will be saving this spot for future trips to New Orleans! We loved the private parking and the fact that it is a 4 minute walk to the streetcar. The space itself was super cool and clean, and it is by far the most spacious Airbnb I saw for the price. Quintin was super responsive and even let us check in slightly early! 10/10 experience

Bright Irish Channel Cottage- 10 mins to FQ/Uptown

AmyRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Andrew's house was so adorable! It had all the amenities I needed and some really fun decorations and artwork all over. I came in for a work trip and was grateful for two things: to have a bunch of restaurant options nearby and to have a super comfortable bed. Andrew was a great host and he checked in on me to make sure everything was going ok. The house and hospitality were perfect and I'd gladly return for my next visit. Highly recommended!

I was extremely satisfied with my stay here. Brad and his team were helpful and quick to respond; all instructions were very clear. The unit was spotless and cozy, and the complex was modern and peaceful. I can't say enough about the neighborhood. It was very pleasant and the people were friendly and welcoming. It's very walkable and close to some of my new favorite restaurants in New Orleans. I come to this city every year and this has been my favorite so far.

Cozy, Quiet Loft 3 blocks from the French Quarter

RebeccaRating, 5 stars1 day ago
This was our second stay at Will‘s place. We chose to stay there again for a few reasons: it was within walking distance to the event we attended at the Smoothie King Center, it was easy to park in one of the garages that are located across the street, we had peace of mind about our safety, and it has the comfort of home with great furnishings and amenities. Will’s place did not disappoint our second time around!
