The apartment is perfect . Everything was new and working and accommodated us very well. Spacious and functional, it has everything we need for a good stay . Very organized building too. Super attentive hosts answer questions super fast. We want to come back.

Carlos is very kind and willing to help. It allowed us to check in earlier. The dpto is much nicer than the photos, beautiful decor and the complex very complete. Very close to la.playa. Excellent apartment with high-end building features. Very comfortable car, with a very good exit for Jureré or for any place in the south of the island. The apartment is very comfortable, it has everything you need to rest. It is in a very quiet residential environment, we felt very comfortable. We hope to be back soon!

Our stay was perfect. Super cozy, spacious place, exactly as shown in the photos. Perfect for enjoying with the family.

Positive points: apartment is lindaooo, 03 suites top! In total there are 04 bathrooms. Large table for 08 people, balcony with great barbecue. Kitchen with all the necessary utensils, well completed. A Vista do apt is a spectacle, to see the sea, swimming pools and the sunrise. The market is very close. I loved it and would come back for sure. Negative points: 02 mattresses are very soft and old, would have to be made the exchange. The TV in the bedroom does not take anything and the living room did not enter NETFLIX, almost nothing channel and the internet of tv falls every little bit (I think the tv is older). Checkin 15hs and the checkout at 10am without flexibility, I think late to get in and early to leave, but this was already clear in the announcement, so just one of my own observations.

We really like the apartment! The town was impeccable! Location by the beach! Quiet neighborhood! Everything running in perfect condition! In the week we stayed the building was extremely quiet! Great place for those who have pets, on the corner of the av that has a central lawn bed! Rodrigo and His mother were extremely kind and always responded to us very quickly! At the apto there is a guide with all the necessary information for accommodation and travel! The beach is wonderful! We'll be back for sure! Only an inconvenience, Carnival Sunday closed the ava for a carnival with sound cars, we didn't know it! I think this information would be important, as it should happen every year! The accommodation was wonderful and matched the photos in the description! Hosts Lenon and Marcelo responded quickly and were attentive. Unfortunately, there was no flexibility in the schedule, I would like to enter the property a little earlier, to store the refrigerator supplies due to the preparation of my birthday. As a local of SC, I have already found flexibility in other condominiums, at that time because it was out of season and knowing that the property was closed. However, this did not prevent us from spending three pleasant days. My family and I really liked the place, the view from the property. It was worth it!!

Wonderful apartment super well located close to the main market of the beach of palmas, squares and especially the beach. The apartment is exactly as it is in the pictures, new furniture and very comfortable beds. Only the room is a little small but nothing to hinder the stay. I left as a suggestion a rack to place the dishes after washing and an organic waste bin to place on top of the sink. The apartment is very well equipped. Our family will return for sure. Everything we need Gabriel and his father Celso always served us promptly.

Wonderful family weekend at Casa do Araçá!! The house is very wide, cozy and airy. All were very well accommodated in the 6 air-conditioned rooms, linen and bath towels. All very clean and organized! The kitchen is very well equipped and the dishwasher makes it easy. For leisure, the beach is beautiful and peaceful. The kayaks and stand-ups had a lot of fun for the family. My son also played a lot in the leap. A special highlight goes to Rose and Sandra, hiring them was a great choice, because the food is delicious, the house was clean and we could enjoy the day at the beach. They even make dessert!! Livia is also super attentive and passes on all the necessary information. It really is a foot in the sand!

Excellent! The house is very good, and communication with the hosts was very easy. The house was clean, with everything working well. There is not much to do in the vicinity of the house because it is located on the edge of a highway, but despite this it is well located. I recommend it!

Our stay at the house was excellent. We loved it from the start - it's very comfortable and comes with everything you need for a perfect vacation. The pool is as shown in the pictures, ideal for relaxing and refreshing. In addition, the location is very convenient, just four blocks from the beach, which allows you to walk without any problem. We came as 4 couples to do the Floripa Ironman...and, without a doubt, we stayed in the best possible place. And I'm not just talking about location. Eleonara, weeks before, had already sent the house "manual" and was always available. Andrea, who takes care of the house, is the best!! She is nice, caring and very friendly. the trip was perfect.

I booked the house to rest and celebrate my daughter's 1st birthday. As a baby, the house on the sand made it easier to go to the beach and reconcile with her routine. We loved the space. Wonderful view and quiet condominium. Pão was super helpful and Rose, who works in the condominium, is a lovely person. I recommend it!
