Excellent accommodation! Everything is very new, clean and organized! It is quite spacious and has a great barbecue/balcony space. Diogo was extremely helpful, fast and proactive in communication! I definitely recommend it and I will definitely come back.

The apartment is really very close to the beach. Everything was working well, comfortable beds and pillows, good quality bed and bath linens - items I value in an accommodation. Tip: Waze takes you to the opposite point on the street. When staying, ask for the location and tips on how to get to the host.

The place is just as it's described and shown in photos. The triple rooms are a little girls. The other environments are very comfortable and welcoming. Very good predisposition of the host, very attentive and decisive. The area is very quiet, although the beach there is less pleasant, with fewer waves and more narrow. Recommend this place.

We had a wonderful experience at this beachfront duplex in Itapema. The apartment is impeccable in every way, every detail reveals very good taste, sophistication and care for the comfort of the guests. The panoramic view of the beach and the spectacle of the sunrise every morning provided an indescribable feeling of peace and freedom. The whole family was enchanted by the cozy and exquisite atmosphere. It was a memorable stay, and without a doubt, we intend to return soon, God willing. Our stay was wonderful, Fabrício has always been very kind, friendly and above all, attentive and willing for any possible problems/doubts, in addition to having offered great recommendations. The apartment itself is wonderful, new furniture, TV's with streaming varieties, kitchen equipped with several modern utensils, variety in bed and bath linen, easy access to garage and concierge. Excellent location, several places nearby and, of course, a splendid sea view, which is worth noting to be better in person compared to the photos. It was 4 cozy days to the sound of the sea to sleep, I would definitely recommend it and would come back more often.

This is the third time we've stayed at this house and, once again, we've had an excellent experience! The ocean view is simply stunning and makes the days even more special. The house is always very well maintained, clean and cozy — everything exactly as shown in the photos. Check-in and check-out took place at the agreed times, without any problems, and communication with the host was always clear and fast. Without a doubt, it is a place that makes us want to always return. We recommend with eyes closed!

Positive points: apartment is lindaooo, 03 suites top! In total there are 04 bathrooms. Large table for 08 people, balcony with great barbecue. Kitchen with all the necessary utensils, well completed. A Vista do apt is a spectacle, to see the sea, swimming pools and the sunrise. The market is very close. I loved it and would come back for sure. Negative points: 02 mattresses are very soft and old, would have to be made the exchange. The TV in the bedroom does not take anything and the living room did not enter NETFLIX, almost nothing channel and the internet of tv falls every little bit (I think the tv is older). Checkin 15hs and the checkout at 10am without flexibility, I think late to get in and early to leave, but this was already clear in the announcement, so just one of my own observations.

We really like the apartment! The town was impeccable! Location by the beach! Quiet neighborhood! Everything running in perfect condition! In the week we stayed the building was extremely quiet! Great place for those who have pets, on the corner of the av that has a central lawn bed! Rodrigo and His mother were extremely kind and always responded to us very quickly! At the apto there is a guide with all the necessary information for accommodation and travel! The beach is wonderful! We'll be back for sure! Only an inconvenience, Carnival Sunday closed the ava for a carnival with sound cars, we didn't know it! I think this information would be important, as it should happen every year! The stay was perfect. The apartment is just like the photos, very comfortable, functional and with everything you need for a stay. The location could not be better, close to the beach, with restaurants, cafes, pharmacy and market nearby. Communication was also excellent, always with quick feedback and a very simple check-in/check-out. We'll definitely be back.

The location is excellent, the apartment is comfortable and is located in a condominium with outdoor pools, thermal pool, tennis court and multi-sport court, children's playroom and a great gym. In addition, there is a mini market and a restaurant inside the condominium that also serves the beach. Chairs and sun umbrellas are available. Communication with André is quick and effective. He was very attentive to us. The apartment is exactly as described, has split air-conditioning in all bedrooms and in the living room, a wine cellar, crystal glasses, 2 parking spaces and you can see the sea from the balcony. The internet works very well. We already want to go back.

This was such an amazing stay. I am adult with two parents, and we each had our own bedroom/bathroom suite. The apartment is modern and very comfortable. We found a seafood restaurant and a burger place just a block away, and we went to both twice because they were so good. I came for the Ironman, and this was a great location, within comfortable walking distance to the supermarket, and a short drive to the Ironman Village. The host was incredibly communicative, and I felt very welcome. It was a great trip to Brazil for us, and we would come again.

Airbnb with hotel structure, with daily maid service, towels and beach chairs available, etc. Space exactly as in the pictures. Hotel restaurant with high prices, but within the average of Jurerê.

The Lucineia space, is exactly as described . Everything is neat and clean. Very well equipped with everything we need,and even more . The leisure area is very good , has the jacuzzi that has a heating system, for the children it was great . It was a pity that it was very windy, but we still enjoyed it. The space has a booklet with all the information on how to proceed. Lucineia was always very helpful , responding very quickly . I stayed on many Airbnb , but this one was undoubtedly the most equipped . Madcas, barbecue utensils and even games for children . Without a doubt a very welcoming space that is worth hosting .
