Beautiful house on the slopes. Amazing view from the house just like in the pictures. I thought the house looks much better than the pictures. Nicole was extremely kind but perhaps communication was a little affected by google translate but all is fixed since I had a Swiss friend. For ASEAN guests, please take note that the garbage bags are paid so usually they use 1 bag for the stay and please take note of the trash organisation instructions on the kitchen bar. - This has nothing to do the owner but a cultural difference good to note. The place is wonderful and the kids (Swiss and Asian) all loved the play area. Superb! Highly recommended.

We (two families, four children), felt very comfortable with Bruno. The house is comfortably and functionally furnished. Only a little inconvenient: There is only one toilet on the basement, which can be reached via a relatively steep staircase. Otherwise: beautiful, quiet environment, great playground nearby, forest, creek. Beautiful veranda. And Lugano can be reached quickly by public transport and car. The communication with Bruno was always friendly, he very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend staying with him.

Simply a great place to stay for a vacation in Ticino. Brigitte personally welcomed us and showed us everything. She gave us great recommendations for the area, which we tried directly and enriched our vacation with her knowledge of Ticino. The Ticino house is very nice, practical and thoughtfully furnished and offers wonderful seating, especially outside, with great views of the surrounding mountains and Lake Maggiore in the distance. The kitchen is very well equipped and the appliances all work very well. The wine cellar also invites you to taste. We always liked to include the box with travel guides, maps and brochures in our daily planning. We also liked the location of the house. Somewhat away from major main roads, but also not too far off. Thus, the trips to the excursion destinations were very pleasant and shopping facilities were also easy and quick to reach by car

Casa Leonardo is a beautiful, affordable apartment that offers all the infrastructures for an extended weekend and longer vacation stays. We felt very comfortable in the apartment. The apartment is perfect for the warm summer months as the thick walls well insulate and the veranda offers plenty of space for cozy meals in the sun.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and inviting. The water pressure and hot water were excellent, and the bed was super comfy. The views were absolutely amazing and made our mornings and evenings extra special. The location was perfect, just a short, easy drive into central Menaggio. Riccardo was an incredibly friendly and responsive host, which made everything smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend!

We stayed at Piroska's for the weekend for a wedding. The apartment was as described and was very clean. It has all the necessities. Piroska was very responsive and accommodating. Everything was perfect.

We were very warmly welcomed by Silvia. Check-in went very smoothly. We felt very comfortable in the apartment and enjoyed spending time there. Silvia gave us great tips for the area. The absolute highlight is the balcony and the pool. We will be happy to come back!

The rental was beautiful with an amazing view. It took 10 minutes to get to town by car. Easy drive to Varenna and Bellano. The outdoor patio was great with a large area under cover.

I had a wonderful stay at this place in Lierna! The apartment was incredibly clean, equipped with everything you could possibly need — and even more. The view from the window was absolutely beautiful, and the atmosphere was so peaceful and quiet. It was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy some quality time. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay with Franziska to the fullest. Such a beautiful place - a charming garden, the surroundings wonderful - what more could you ask for... we had a stopover on the way back from southern Italy with our 3 children. Four of us stayed here for only a couple days and were incredibly impressed by the spectacular view of the lake and the surroundings. It looked like out of a travel magazine. The unit itself was quite nice with total upgrades everywhere which were in top condition. If you are driving yourself up the hill to the home be prepared for some fun driving adventures on twisting turning curves that are somewhat narrow. We always had a driver. We could see that it takes some experience to get good at it.

It was just perfect! The view is breathtaking, the amenities were incredibly good and everything was super clean. Everything is neat and perfectly prepared. You can feel the love of the host in every detail. We highly recommend this place and would be happy to come back! Thank you for everything.

We had an amazing longer weekend stay with a few friends at Andrea's place and I can only wholeheartedly recommend it!!! It has a really nice location with possibilities to explore numerous things around (by car). The kitchen was very well equipped and we were amazed at the number of available amenities. View from the balcony was simply breathtaking!!!

My only regret is that we can’t give 6 stars on the evaluation and that since we want to come back it hurts me to advertise it to others!! Frankly, a part from the place which is a little jewel, the calmness of the surroundings, the spectacular lake Como, what we appreciated the most is the kindness and proactivity of our hosts. They truly embody the ideal concept of what Airbnb should always be. Thanks to the whole family

Wonderful private and gorgeous retreat high up on the hillside. RENT A CAR. We did, but only last minute and initially had planned to uber to and from the Airbnb both for arrival and departure as well as just day trips; this would have been a mistake, it is 12-14 minutes up the hill from the town. If you have a rental car and are comfortable driving up steep roads, it is a fun adventure and the views make it well worth the trek. The space itself is second to none. Gorgeous pool with million dollar views, several levels of terraces with sun chairs, outdoor eating areas, and the home itself is inviting and comfortable.
