Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Gambarogno

The accommodation is beautiful - the fantastic view is the absolute highlight. The rooms are super divided & the house is very charming. Would book again immediately! Only the parking situation is a bit difficult. It's not easy to find a parking spot.

We had a wonderful week at Carmen's house. The location in Spurano/Ossuccio was perfect because it was quiet yet within easy walking distance of local bars and restaurants. The Greenway provides good walks around the area, including accees to the chapels of the Sacri Monte. The sports bar in Ossuccio was great value for money and we also ate at the lido in Sala Comacina. From there you can also get the boat to the Isola (very peaceful - we had the whole island to ourselves) and you can find Amalia Ostinelli's grocery store for all your essentials. The kitchen diner is superbly equipped and stays cool even on the hotest days. The bed is really comfortable and the whole house is beautifully presented... old and quirky but with all the modern comforts you would expect. On top of that you're literally a few steps from Lake Como. We loved the spa, especially the jacuzzi. All in all we loved it. We were sad to leave and could have happily stayed another week. We hope to return one day.

We had an amazing stay at Christian's house. The property is wonderful - modern, clean and spacious inside and the outside space is as good as it looks on the photos. We spent hours relaxing in the garden area. Christian had also thought of extra details to make the stay even more welcoming, like a hamper of local foods on arrival and care packages in the bedrooms. His communication was fantastic as well, very quick to respond and nothing was too much trouble - he booked us a shuttle back to the airport and even offered to pick us up when we arrived due to a train strike. All in all a brilliant stay and would recommend this place to anyone.

This home was honestly such a dream! The host was easy to work with and provided a very helpful video for check in. The parking lot/suitable drop off point for a driver is a bit of a distance from the house, on a cobblestone walkway with stairs along the way. It was a lot of work to get my luggage to the house but SO WORTH IT! It’s absolutely gorgeous and as pictured. The outdoor areas are all stunning and lush - I loved sitting outside for coffee, breakfast, and watching the sunset in the evenings (but bring bug spray)! It rained most of my stay so I didn’t use the jacuzzi or outdoor shower much, but they were functional (I checked) and looked lovely. The ferry station and bus stops are about a 5 min walk away and a local market around 3 minutes away. The couple that owns the store was so sweet! I walked to 3 different restaurants nearby for dinner. They were within 3-15 minutes walking distance and wonderful food! This will absolutely be my first choice for a future Lake Como stay!

Loved the surroundings — so clean and peaceful. The place was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the host was super responsive and kind. Made our trip really easy and relaxing. Would happily book again!

It was a great stay, we had a nice time. It had everything we needed. The place is super small, there is a great bar with great views, a restaurant and the hiking trails, to cannobio it is a 40 min walk

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were particularly impressed by the courtyard, which invites you to a cozy get-together on warm summer nights. The apartments are equipped with everything you could ask for and beautifully furnished. The communication was also very pleasant and you could always expect a quick response. Overall, a great recommendation and we would all come back immediately.

We enjoyed staying at Franco's. Because the accommodation is a bit remote, has its own garden, you can relax very well. By car you can reach Arona within 10 minutes, by bike it is about 15-20 minutes. The location is also great for going to Lago d'Orta. This way you can explore a fairly large area in a short time. The only drawback is that those who rely on WiFi or cell phone reception will have problems here. Due to the hilly landscape, the reception is a bit of a problem. Upon our arrival, the WiFi had not worked, although the router was restarted, we could not log in, but that is probably normal there. The WiFi has worked for the last 2 days. We appreciate the hospitality and highly recommend this place.

Wonderful location! Nicola was very responsive and quick to answer any questions. The home is charming and has a stunning view of the lake. The hot tub was the perfect way to end each evening!

Four of us stayed here for only a couple days and were incredibly impressed by the spectacular view of the lake and the surroundings. It looked like out of a travel magazine. The unit itself was quite nice with total upgrades everywhere which were in top condition. If you are driving yourself up the hill to the home be prepared for some fun driving adventures on twisting turning curves that are somewhat narrow. We always had a driver. We could see that it takes some experience to get good at it.

Words can not describe how incredible this place was. The photos do not do the villa justice of how incredible the view was. Michela was a fantastic host who met us and showed up around the villa. It has more appliances than an electrical, and has everything you need. If you can make time to stay here I would highly recommend it. A true authentic Italian getaway at Lake Como. Wow, wow, wow!!

We spent a wonderful week at the villa and especially enjoyed the lovely and big garden. The kitchen and living-area are nice and spacious. Outside the house there are lots of lovely places where you can stay. It is quiet and you can only hear the birds (no traffic). In the village nearby (5‘ with the car) there is a good restaurant. We would always come back.

The accommodation exceeded all expectations, even better than in the photos. Every detail is perfectly thought out. The host and staff were exceptionally kind and attentive.

I cannot recommend this villa more. It is up a hill so it’s best if you have a car and you’ll be rewarded with amazing views and a gorgeous yard. The villa was spacious, artfully appointed yet cozy, and had everything I needed in the kitchen. It truly felt like a home while I was there and it was incredibly peaceful. Make my vacation memorable!

Three generations of our family celebrated a special birthday at Sebastiano's beautiful house. Everything was perfect with plenty to keep everyone happy and entertained. His son, Guido, gave us a warm welcome and provided lots of useful information and the guest folder was a further useful resource. We all fell in love with the fabulous views over the lake!

We had a magical stay at Patrizia and Gigi’s. Thanks to them we lived a very special experience in an absolute breathtaking location. The house is extremely clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. All the amenities and outdoor spaces are really nice. The hosts were very friendly, proactive and accommodating, yet we still enjoyed a lot of privacy and quiet.

We had a lovely stay. The cottage has a great view and is surrounded by mountains. We enjoyed the whirlpool. Chiavenna is a very cute town with really good food. Nicola was a great host. We highly reccomend to stay there!

A great place in the mountains to Lake Maggiore, quiet and relaxed environment. Also easy to reach with a larger car. Thank you for a lovely few days.

This place was perfect for our two nights in Lake Como! Could not beat that view and the hot tub was fantastic after a long day of exploring. Host was easy to reach and had good instructions for check in. Would highly recommend a visit to Orrido di Vezio for a small hike and visit to the castle not too far away. All in all you couldn’t ask for anything more

Exceptional host, exceptional place! We loved our stay in Wild Field Lodge and, as hosts ourselves, greatly appreciated the thoughtful amenities available throughout the property. We are a family of 4 with 2 kids under 5, and so it’s tricky to find accommodations that are actually relaxing, let alone loaded with toys and kid entertainment. This place is serene, fun, well equipped, and beautiful. The host’s communication and generosity were outstanding. You can feel the love invested in this property, and that makes for a very special life experience. Highly recommend!
