Villa Clara allows you to reach the lakeside promenade via a private access which will bring you to the Piazza Grande of Locarno in less than 10 minutes by walk.

Bus number 3 or 4 from the train station, bus stop: Monti della Trinità. The stairs to the house go up in Via del Tiglio.

You’ll love this place because of the neighbourhood, the coziness, the wonderful view of lago maggiore and the mountains arround, the free parking, you can enjoy sunbathing in the garden. Our Casa Rossa offers a separate apartment with the Grottino. It is a studio and has no separate rooms, see photos. For our guests there is room for retreat, relaxation, comfort, private kitchen, sunny residential area with garden seating, very central location, proximity to public transport (5 min.), close to the lake, suitable for couples or families with small children (crib available). Hi there! My cozy, modern apartment is located in the old town of Ascona, just a 3-minute walk from Piazza di Ascona, the popular café-lined promenade along Lake Maggiore. The apartment accommodates 3 people, and an additional bed can be added if needed.
