You will be staying close to the Wadden Sea, which is on UNESCO's World Heritage List. Højer is worth a visit with the beautiful old houses and the small streets with sights such as Højer mill, Højer sluse, arts and crafts. The home: Ground floor contains a small kitchen, hallway with stairs to 1st floor, bathroom with shower, 1 bedroom with double bed, dining room, and TV room. The accommodation is a traditional thatched farmhouse flat with a view overlooking the lake, the surrounding meadows and the North Frisian marshes. It is ideal for nature lovers: you can canoe, cycle and watch the flocks of birds that use the partly protected lake as a migration and nesting site.
