The cottage is close to Rinkenæs down towards the water in a small fishing village with a cottage colony from the late 1950s There is a small beach with nice water and a bridge (from May 1 - September 30). The house is partially renovated - recycled materials - based on the old house from 1960.

Approximately 4 meters above the ground, surrounded by green leaves, you can only feel comfortable. A day in the tree house (without the luxury of everyday life) slows you down incredibly. It has been completely refurbished, and includes modern amenities, a fireplace and good quality Scandinavian country style furnishing (completed in May 2020). Welcome to our terp in Waygaard near the lake Botschlott. The accommodation is a traditional thatched farmhouse flat with a view overlooking the lake, the surrounding meadows and the North Frisian marshes. It is ideal for nature lovers: you can canoe, cycle and watch the flocks of birds that use the partly protected lake as a migration and nesting site. The house was carefully restored with natural materials in 2025/2026
