Wonderful & Cosy Vacation Home

Spend your vacation in Sønderho - Denmark's Most Beautiful Village in 2011. Beautiful and charming fanøhaus, carefully restored in 2011, with emphasis given to the conservation of the old fanø style with small windows with its distinctive color. The house is bright and beautiful with accommodation for 6 people. The interior is a tasteful mix of old and new. Situated on 2500 m2 of heather-clad area, about 1 km. from Sønderho city center The house has 6 beds, beautiful new kitchen with dishwasher, a large oven and induction. You will find a comfortable spacious terrace, with good shelter from the east and west winds. The property stands in the wild and there is by nature plenty of heather and pine trees. The house is 110 m2, is thatched roofed and is painted in the old style over the small windows in black, white and green - symbolizing sadness, joy and hope. Over the entrance door there's a hatch, a "arkengaf", which was once the entrance to the attic where they kept hay, heather, and others like that stored. On the ground floor, you will find the entrance hall, a spacious living room with large corner couch, and a dining area with an old long table with a stroke bench and 4 beautiful decorated chairs. Kitchen with induction hob, oven, dishwasher and a fridge with small freezer compartment. Bathroom with shower, bedroom with double bed and a rear entrance with washer and dryer. On the first floor are two bedrooms. One with double bed and one with two single beds. There is also a small toilet. The living room has flat screen TV. The house is equipped with a power-saving and energy efficient heat pump / air conditioner, to heat up the house, it has a fireplace (stove) and electric radiators as well. The heat pump is environmentally friendly and very energy efficient. This means that the house energy cost is very low in cold periods, and makes an ideal holiday home in the winter. The heat pump can be used as air conditioning in the summer time. Large wooden terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue.

Erlebt eine schöne Zeit auf dem Lande. Der Hof liegt in idyllischer Alleinlage und ist kinderfreundlich gestaltet. Genießt die Zeit zum Entspannen in der Natur, Grillen im Garten, Spazieren, Fahrradfahren, besucht unseren Streichelzoo (Alpakas = keine Streicheltiere) oder macht Ausflüge in die Umgebung. An der Nordsee (6 km) könnt ihr Baden, Surfen und Wattwandern. Der Garten lädt mit seinen verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten zum verweilen ein. (Die Fewo wird von meiner Mutter Richarda verwaltet)

60 gepflegte und komfortable qm für bis zu 5 Gäste (2 auf Schlafcouch) in dem gemütlichen Ort Tating, 6 km vor St. Peter-Ording. Tating eignet sich super z. B. als Ausgangspunkt für schöne Radtouren nach SPO und auf Eiderstedt oder wunderschöne Spaziergänge. Alle Ortsteile von SPO sind ungefähr gleich weit entfernt. Die 2016 renovierte, großzügige Wohnung über 2 Etagen ist ruhig gelegen und 500m vom Süderhafen entfernt. Schon beim Frühstück kommt beim Blick auf die "Engel-Mühle" Urlaubsstimmung auf. Alle Zimmer sind hell, gemütlich und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Den Garten, der auch über eine kleine Terrassentür von der Küche der Wohnung aus erreichbar ist, können unsere Gäste selbstverständlich mitnutzen. Die Unterkunft eignet sich für Paare und Familien.
