The apartment, which had a complete renovation recently, is located in a quiet condo and has dishwasher, complete kitchen, washing machine, air conditioner and symmetric fiber internet of 600mb. It is perfect for a couple or for remote working. It's a perfect base for your Mediterranean adventures.

Located in a peaceful area just 1 km from the sea in Las Rotas, this townhouse is perfect for relaxing. Spread over three floors, it features spacious areas and two terraces with stunning sea views. The ground floor has a renovated kitchen, guest toilet, cozy living-dining room, and a terrace. Upstairs are the bedrooms and a full bathroom. The basement includes a living area with a double bed, a bathroom, and a space with a fridge and washing machine.
