Our stay at Vivian's cabin in Ninilchik, Alaska was a dream come true. Situated perfectly for our fishing charter, the cabin boasted awe-inspiring views of cliffs, ocean, and mountains. Clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed, it felt like a home away from home. Vivian's hospitality was exceptional, and we were thrilled by the wildlife encounters, from bald eagles soaring above to moose wandering nearby. Pictures don't do justice for sure. What a lovely little getaway. The hot tub was immaculate. which was really nice. The deck upstairs was perfect for stargazing. I felt right at home. I would absolutely rent again. My only little thing that was a little off was the no windows coverings in the sitting area. Other than that. it was amazing.

Quiet and easy place to stay. Had a lot of things to do but we were too busy fishing to do them.

The house was super clean, well-organized, and everything was labeled, so it was easy to find what we needed and know where to put things back. It had all the amenities you could want, including an amazing hot tub with an awesome view of the lake. The wraparound deck and the fire pit down by the lake were perfect for relaxing. Plus, the dock made it easy to fish and kayak – so many fun outdoor activities! The house was really spacious, and although there was only two of us and we kept to the main house, the other one was available. This place would be awesome for a family trip or a getaway with friends. We’re already thinking about coming back next year to tackle the Kenai River with our friends. The hosts were super friendly, responsive, and made us feel really welcome. Can’t recommend this place enough!

We stayed at Vanessa’s cabin for our honeymoon weekend in Soldotna. The cabin and property were amazing and the area is so peaceful and beautiful!! Tons of wildlife around the area and you can’t beat the view and sounds of Union lake! Vanessa was an A++ host and made sure our stay was special. I would highly recommend booking a stay here! This place is a perfect Alaskan enclave for anyone looking for a getaway 😄

We stayed at this cozy cabin for 2 days and it was amazing! The cabin itself is a well maintained home that offers amazing views of the ocean, and authentic Alaskan relics. The porch is the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee and think about writing your next novel. Just as a heads up, the road and driveway is a little steep/small for a larger vehicle, but there are plenty of parking options available. The steps to the loft are also a little steep for someone that might have some mobility issues. I highly recommend making this place a special part of your Alaskan adventure!

Great find! Steve was able to help us out last minute when we weren’t going to make it to our destination on time and needed somewhere to stay. Perfect space for a couple and a toddler, well laid out and clean. Thank you!

Pat was a great host. although he had to leave out of town before we arrived he communicated when we had to ask questions. Cabin is perfect with great ammenities. Loved being able to have access to firewood and the view could never be beat. Would reccomend to anyone looking to stay in the area.

This is a wonderful place to be. Close to towns with lots of amenities but also very private and quiet. We loved staying there. Kitchen was well staffed, comfortable bedding, and if you can stay up till late, a very rewarding sunsets! Would love to be back one day!

I was looking to stay in Ninilchik and this gem met all my needs and exceeded them. Beautiful location, clean and cozy cabin! And the communication was above expectations!

I am a touring comedian and it was so nice to just find a place with a hot tub to chill alone in the woods by a lake. The hosts were fantastic and the bed was very comfortable. I would highly recommend this little get away spot.

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at Gladys’ cozy Airbnb! It was warm, welcoming, and close to all the fishing spots we planned to visit. Gladys even surprised us with wine and a delicious cake for my partner’s birthday—such a thoughtful touch! Check-in was smooth, and everything was perfect. Highly recommend, and we’ll definitely be back!

The place is cute but practical with towels and kitchen utensils and everything else you could need in a pinch. The bunk bed a little wobbly but not bad. Danise was a super super friendly host! The hot water tank is small so don't expect to take long showers and baths for every guest and do the dishes all in one day, lol. The property was really quiet and peaceful and the lake especially was so quiet and nice. We rested well here during our travels! We really appreciated it being pet friendly and clean!

We really enjoyed our stay. Fishing close by was what we came for and that's what we got. The house was super comfortable to stay in. While we didn't see any moose we saw signs of them in the yard. Fun!

She thought of every little detail. Things I forgot to bring that were there, it was so helpful! The place was extremely kid friendly which we loved!

I love staying at the Birch Tree Cabins! Andy is always very helpful and responsive. This was our second stay at Birch Tree Cabins. The first time we stayed in the Moose Cabin and this year we tried the Wolf Den. Both cabins are wonderful and equipped with everything we needed: range, microwave, coffee maker, and hot water for those much needed hot showers after a rainy day! Thank you Andy for another great stay!

We had a great stay at Robert's cabin. He was a very helpful and accommodating host. Very nice spot and one of the few Airbnbs you can bring your pup to. Utilized the BBQ and fire pit and absolutely had a blast. We would stay again.

Was such an amazing time staying at Dereks cabin. Property was so awesome, Derek was over the top accommodating, and the fishing was epic. The cabin was so comfortable and was a great place to call home for the week. Very clean, warm, and peaceful. Would HIGHLY recommend staying here, you will not regret it (especially if you want a guide that puts you on fish). Thanks again Derek.

We recently stayed at this dry cabin in Soldotna, AK, and it was a great experience! While it's a bit of a drive from town, the cabin more than made up for it with all the amenities provided. We were pleasantly surprised to find fishing poles, waders, and headlamps available for use, which added to our adventure. The cabin was well-stocked with firewood, and it kept the place warm and cozy throughout our stay. The outdoor patio was fantastic, with plenty of chairs to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. There were also several jugs of water available, which made it easy to fill up at a nearby gas station. We found a good fishing spot at Rotary Park, which was about 20 minutes away. Overall, I would highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a rustic, well-equipped getaway in Soldotna. It exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again!
