This accommodation is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. It's in the city center, at the foot of the old town. It is the old Palomar del abuelo, fully restored, it is on the 4th floor of a 1900 building, it does not have an elevator. It is totally independent of our home although we live right below, it has a different entrance. The best part is the terrace with possibly the best views of the city. Possibility of a garage for 8 euros/day.

It is in an ideal location, very close to the Plaza Mayor, the Casas Colgadas (Hanging Houses) and the San Pablo Bridge on one side, and the city's tapas and leisure area on the other. During Holy Week, you can fully enjoy the processions from your balcony. It has a tourist housing license for four people (double bed and 1.40m sofa bed) but it is ideal for a couple.

Apartment located halfway between the beginning of the old town and downtown. Ideal for visiting Cuenca on foot. Next to the UIMP and the music conservatory. Close to leisure areas, tapas... Paid parking 200 meters away and free parking area 600 meters away. Very bright. Both the living room and the bedrooms have a balcony facing a pedestrian street. It is on the first floor without an elevator, with two small flights of stairs.

Very good experience. Lucia is super attentive and willing to help in any way. The apartment is very nice, although it is small, but perfect for two or three people. It is located next to the old town.

We were a group of 15 and as soon as we arrived we fell in love with the house and the surroundings. It's a wonderful location and the house has everything. If you don't want to, you don't have to leave the house. They gave us recommendations from Cuenca to go out, eat, have a drink... Gustavo and Marina were attentive to everything, giving us directions and even helping us with a small incident we had. 100% recommended and if we can, we will definitely be back. Thank you very much for everything!

A wonderful stay in Cuenca! We stayed in lovely apartments in the heart of the old town of Cuenca and the experience was unforgettable. The location is perfect, very close to the main points of interest such as the Cathedral and the Hanging Houses. The apartment was very clean, well equipped and tastefully decorated. The host was very kind and attentive, he recommended places to visit and great restaurants. In addition, the tranquility of the environment and the views from the apartment made our stay even more special. I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone who wants to discover Cuenca in a comfortable and authentic way. We hope to be back again soon!

Plenty of bedrooms, fairly large living room and dining. Bathroom clean and ample. Cuenca is a great city to visit; very walkable, and great old part. Alfonso’s place is very nice, but it is a third floor walk up without an elevator. Parking is tough in this town, but in Alfonso’s neighborhood we always found a spot (not so for downtown).

the apartment is great for a couple. It has all amenities. Everything is very new and very well kept. The service from Julian was extraordinary. She was there for us at all times. The location is excellent as it is in the heart of Cuenca's old town and you can walk everywhere. We'd love to repeat!!!
