Viajamos para visitar a la familia. La zona muy tranquila y cercana a parques ,zonas de ocio, centro de salud, restaurantes, tren... Todo muy bien comunicado. Rosa excelente anfitriona, desde el primer momento se interesó en que tuviéramos lo necesario, el marido nos dejó la casa con calor para que el recibimiento fuera muy agradable,nos ayudó con las maletas...Agradables, muy buen trato, comunicativos, disponibles, recomendables 💯

Wir waren als Familie mit drei Kindern in Lourdes Wohnung. Sehr gut ausgestattet, alles blitzsauber. Lourdes ist eine vorbildliche Gastgeberin, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Großes „Plus“ für die vollständige Frühstücksausstattung. Die Wohnung liegt 3min mit dem Auto zur Autobahn nach Madrid und man braucht gut 40min bis nach Toledo. Wir können einen Aufenthalt bei Lourdes uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

el apartamento nuevo y muy limpio, muy amplio y cómodo, perfecto para dos adultos y un niño, con dos baños, que es también muy práctico, la cocina muy bien equipada, el barrio muy tranquilo, al lado una buena cafetería para desayunar, hasta el centro llegas perfectamente con el tren de la estación del Getafe, son 15-20 min, nos encantó todo, venimos en Semana Santa y lo hemos pasado muy bien!

We had a great stay in Chamartin. The apartment was well stocked, clean and comfortable. Area is great for access to town and great restaurants. Apartment is on the small side when traveling with kids given the lack of living space and a separate dining area. But the three bedrooms and balcony help make up for it, especially if not having an extended stay.

Un zona muy tranquila, espacio increíble para las mascotas y un excelente recibimiento, muy recomendado si buscas algo para desconectar.

Una casa maravillosa y Pilar disponible en todo momento para cualquier cosa.

Für unsere Tage in Madrid war die Wohnung perfekt: sehr sauber mit einer guten Ausstattung in einer schönen Lage! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. We loved staying here. The photos are accurate, it was clean & Felix is so responsive and helpful with any needs. It’s small and basement level yet with interior light it feels comfortable and has everything you need for a month long stay. The neighborhood is right next to the Palace and tourist areas, and also beautiful parks and the river walk, so you feel right at the edge of being in the middle of everything but with tranquil nature. 10-15 min walk to everything. Good restaurants and groceries and anything you need just a block away. We chose it based on price and being by nature and it was perfect for us. My husband and our two dogs stayed here comfortably.

Willi est très agréable et arrangeant. Son logement est très bien situé, paisible, sécurisé et très agréable. Nous reviendrons c’est sûr !
