Great house in a calm area! Travelled with kids who loved the pool that was just outside the front door. A bit far to walk to the beach but easy to drive (and was even 4 bicycles there to borrow). Caorle city was amazing but going to the beach we preferred to stay in Santa Margherita! Would for sure recommend this place and come back one day!

Wir können das Anwesen nur wärmstens empfehlen. Silvia hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und sich wirklich hervorragend um uns gekümmert. Sie hat uns über gute Ausflugsziele ebenso informiert wie Möglichkeiten für Massagen oder gutes Essen. Der Gärtner und seine Hündin sind auch ein absoluter Gewinn für das Resort. Seine Hündin ist unglaublich freundlich und brav und hat sich mit unserer Hundedame auch problemlos verstanden. Wir hatten das Glück die Einzigen im gesamten Resort gewesen zu sein und haben viele Spaziergänge mit unserer Hündin im Park des Weinguts gemacht. Die Weine sind auch hervorragend! Wir haben alle Bio Weine ausprobiert und können die Rotweine ebenso empfehlen wie die Weißweine. Zusammengefasst ein unvergesslicher Urlaub, nicht zuletzt wegen der netten Menschen im Resort und rund um Cordignano. Fast jedes Zimmer hat eine Klimaanlage. Great place with a green and peaceful surroundings, suitable for relaxation and safe for kids to play in the center of a small village. It is a good starting point for daily trips to towns in the region or hills that are just 20 km or so away. And don’t miss the greatest ice cream just across the bridge and delicious pasticeria around the corner. Host gave us a lot of very good ideas and suggestions, she was very responsive and extremely nice. Supermarket, pizzeria and a nice osteria are also very close to the place. Our family highly recommends this place and we will be back.

Casa estremamente accogliente, confortevole e dotata di tutti gli accessori; c'erano addirittura i cioccolatini :) Casa veramente funzionale. Tante stanze, tanti bagni e una cucina incredibilmente grande. Ad accoglierci c'è stata Leonora, puntualissima nelle risposte e con un'accoglienza precisa ed impeccabile. Posizione ideale per visitare tutti i dintorno di Portopiccolo fino ad arrivare a Trieste. Consigliato!

Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances à Porto Santa Margherita. La maison et la piscine sont en tous points conformes à la description, le voisinage est sympathique, la mer est proche. Parfait pour une famille de six personnes. Nous sommes allés visiter Venise et sa biennale en prenant le train à San Stino di Livanza comme nous l’avait conseillé Alessandra. Très pratique!

Ho scelto di soggiornare qui per motivi di lavoro per quasi due mesi, e credo che difficilmente si possa desiderare di meglio per un lungo soggiorno in un Airbnb. Avevo a disposizione l’intero piano superiore dell’abitazione, il quale consisteva di una camera da letto molto spaziosa (con annesso balcone), una cucina dotata di tutto il necessario e un bagno. La vicinanza alla stazione e all’autostrada rendeva il posto strategico per raggiungere le principali città vicine; inoltre, di fronte all’abitazione era presente un comodo parcheggio. Ma il vero valore aggiunto è dato dall’host! Lorena è stata fantastica, disponibile per qualsiasi mia necessità e sempre attenta a mettermi a mio agio. A dire il vero si è spinta ben oltre, stupendomi con marmellate di sua produzione (peraltro ottime) e prodotti del suo orto. Lorena e Gianfranco sono persone straordinarie, e mi sono sentito come a casa con loro. (Mi mancheranno moltissimo le nostre chiacchierate!) Estremamente consigliato.

Uns hat es sehr gut in Interneppo gefallen. Es ist ein tolles Haus was perfekt ausgestattet war. Es gab einfach alles, was wir brauchten. Es hat einen tollen Hinterhof wo man auch Grillen darf. Alle drumherum waren sehr nett. Und es gibt einen kleinen Laden, wo man ein paar Lebensmittel kaufen kann. In der Umgebung gibt es viel zu entdecken. Zum Baden und Schwimmen, Wandern und auch Radfahren ist die Region perfekt. Im Nachbardorf Bordano, kann man ein interessantes Schmetterlingshaus besuchen. Wenn es mal eine Frage gab, hat Franca immer sehr schnell geantwortet und konnte gut helfen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Allen weiteren Gästen wünschen wir viel Spaß in Interneppo

Das neu renovierte Haus ist sehr gut gelegen (zum Strand, zum Einkaufszentrum). Es hat drei Schlafzimmer, davon jeweils zwei Doppelbetten, was für unsere Familie sehr wichtig war. Das Schwimmbad der Anlage ist direkt neben dem Haus. Die Kinder konnten baden gehen, während wir das Essen vorbereitet haben. Praktisch ist die Waschmaschine und besonders der Balkon neben dem oberen Bad, auf dem man die Wäsche zum Trocknen hängen kann. Nicole war sehr nett und flexibel. Schön ist auch verde mare. eine Anlage am Meer mit Liegen, Sonnenschirmen und Pool. Nicole hat auch dies für uns organisiert. Wir hatten Glück, dass das Haus so kurzfristig verfügbar war.

This house was indeed big with a lot of free space. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms is quite the comfort too. The only disadvantage is small kitchen but if one person at the time is cooking its enough. Also very good internet which from my expierence isn't very common in area. I would definitly recommend this place to anyone.

Paola je skvělá hostitelka, milá dáma, vstřícná, rychle reagovala na naše potřeby. Ubytování je moc hezké, v úžasné lokalitě. Vše proběhlo bez problémů, moc rádi se vrátíme.

L’alloggio di Matteo è splendido! Punto forte sicuramente il fatto di essere in centro a Oderzo, a pochi passi dalla piazza. Le stanze erano pulitissime e ottimamente attrezzate. La villa è conservata in maniera ottima e gli arredamenti sono stati molto apprezzati. Sia il check-in che il check-out sono stati semplici e flessibili. Ultima chicca, la colazione che ci è stata fornita la mattina.
