Large house in a great location to visit the surroundings. Impeccable cleanliness and comfort of the beds made us feel immediately at home. The presence of the three bathrooms makes it very useful for three couples as in our case, although one of the rooms is a little smaller. The availability of dishwasher and washing machine detergents is appreciated (which many times does not happen). Keep in mind that the house is arranged on two levels: a mezzanine floor for the living area and a first floor for the sleeping area, accessible only through stairs. This can create problems for people with mobility difficulties.

We had a great workout, it's a great place with lots of terrels and termites.

Franca and Gilberto are 2 adorable and attentive people. Their welcome was warm, they were always very good advice so that our stay and the discovery of the region were optimal. We also thank them for all the kind attention. Thanks to them, we felt like family. The house is very clean and very well equipped, ideally located for visiting the whole region of frioul, venétie-julienne. We recommend this place and will be happy to go back.

Great place with a green and peaceful surroundings, suitable for relaxation and safe for kids to play in the center of a small village. It is a good starting point for daily trips to towns in the region or hills that are just 20 km or so away. And don’t miss the greatest ice cream just across the bridge and delicious pasticeria around the corner. Host gave us a lot of very good ideas and suggestions, she was very responsive and extremely nice. Supermarket, pizzeria and a nice osteria are also very close to the place. Our family highly recommends this place and we will be back.

Located between the sea and mountains, there are possibilities. Whether hiking, to the sea or by bike through the vineyards there is also cultural places to visit.

The accommodation is a nice, charming and typical Italian estate. It is ideally situated to explore Veneto by car. Venice is less than 30 minutes away. The saltwater pool was our rescue in the hot summer. We really enjoyed there. As well as the tranquility that the location brought. Attention: There are a lot of mosquitoes there, so bring a biteaway and mosquito spray! The apartment is small, but basically has everything you could need. Unfortunately, unlike what was stated in the ad, there are no basic foods for cooking (oil, salt, pepper). However, supermarkets are a few minutes away. The host Gianluigi is a very friendly person. He was always quick to reach. If you don't speak Italian, communication may be a bit difficult. All in all, we were very satisfied with the stay at Gianluigi's and would recommend the apartment!

What a find - a fantastic house in a great setting with the added bonus of the vineyard (and the hosts wine!) and the food offer which was just brilliant. Federica was aa awesome host and she and her family made us feel so welcome. Hope to come back soon and will certainly be recommending widely.

This property is located in the middle of the vineyard and is wonderfully quiet. The apartments are nicely furnished and you have a great view. Breakfast is always freshly prepared and the selection is large.

We'll be sure to come back because we felt like we were in a fairy tale. Amazing hosts, therooms were lovely and clean. Quiet environment,but the accommodation is also suitable for families with children, as there is a huge park in the garden with a tennis court,with a basketball hoop, pingpong table, and a possibility to play football. Highly recommended! Communication was prompt and easy with Linda who is a responsive and thoughtful host. The house is elegant, spacious, spotlessly clean, and well equipped. Large bedrooms with very comfy beds. We enjoyed chatting to Linda and her mum who both made us feel welcome and very much at home. We borrowed bikes and enjoyed going along the river path to the Archeological museum nearby. Close to Marco Polo Venice airport. Could be based here to explore the region, visit Treviso, and for day trips to Venice. Peaceful quiet setting with pleasant verandah for outdoor dining and ample space to park the car. Thank you for a great stay!

Our three-night stay at the Grion farm was wonderful for many reasons: the kindness of the owners' kindness, the beauty of the property part with the newly renovated mini-apartments, the presence of everything you need for the bathroom (toothbrush kit, comb, shampoo and body soap, body cream, robes and slippers) and for the kitchen. Great sleep quality for silence, mattress, and soft pillows. They also left their jam and biscuits, and the dishes cooked by them are delicious. The staff is always available for any small issues or requests, as well as tips on local attractions. Highly recommended, we hope to be able to come back!

Vanilla and her husband are super sweet and hospitable! She takes care of breakfast and always makes every effort to make sure everything is a good fit. The vegetables and fruit from the garden are wonderful and the pool is great for relaxing, cooling off and moving a bit. The two cats Muki and Kuki are also super sweet and relaxed 😊 it was really a very nice stay!

Wonderful stay! Very clean, comfortable, with lots of homey touches (complementary toiletries, bath robes, slippers, coffee, tea, and even a complementary bottle of wine!). Would definitely recommend staying at Eleonora's place, you will be happy with this choice 😀

Being hosted by Eleonora was a truly enjoyable experience, beyond our expectations. The location is strategic to reach points of interest in Slovenia, the accommodation is a small nest, extremely clean, brand new and attention to detail. We found you small and delicate attentions, coffee, sweets, wine of its own production, ... But above all it is a place with a beautiful history and it was a pleasure to hear it through Eleonora's available words. Highly recommended!!

I stayed one night with my mother at Vanilla's property. A Friulian house immersed in greenery, which has allowed us to immerse ourselves in local customs and customs for a few hours. We received excellent treatment, if I had to go through the surroundings again I would not hesitate to book here again. Thanks for the great experience

Staying with Marco was great! He is a great host - very friendly, always available and extremely helpful with tips for the area. The place was clean and has everything you need. Marco's property is beautiful and has a large garden perfect for dogs. You will also find a lot of animal friends such as cats, horses and chickens as well as Marcos dog. In addition, there is a very nice barn that invites you to linger and a small but very nice pool where you can cool off on hot days. Every morning there is a great homemade breakfast! The selection at the buffet is not great, but you will find everything you need for a good start to the day! All in all, Marco's place is a clear recommendation if you want to vacation near the popular seaside resorts of Lignano and Bibione (about 20 minutes by car), but still prefer a quiet location.
