Vacation rentals with a pool in Friuli-Venezia Giulia

We really enjoyed our holiday in Villagio Europa. The house is practically furnished. The kids quickly met friends and played a lot. Only small point of criticism. Check-in is guaranteed between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. as soon as the house is clean. According to the description, we were guaranteed to be 4 pm. We had to wait a little over one hour.

We recently enjoyed a fantastic week-long stay at this villa, and it was truly an holiday to remember. Our group of nine found the villa spacious, comfortable, and clean. Suzanna welcomed us warmly and was always on hand if we needed her. The WiFi was good. The highlight of the villa was undoubtedly the pool. Pristine (cleaned almost daily) and inviting, it provided endless hours of relaxation and fun. The outdoor area was large and very comfortable, offering plenty of shaded seating and space for dining outside. We loved the table-tennis table too. The villa's interior was basic but clean - we only used it really for sleeping. The kitchen had everything we needed (a kettle would be a great addition!) and 3 bathrooms with showers was plenty. Having a car is highly recommended. The villa is in a peaceful, scenic location, but you’ll need a car to explore the surrounding area/food shopping etc. Good shops and bakeries are close by. Lastly, don’t forget to pack some mosquito spray!

Ilaria hosted us very warmly. She showed us around the house, and gave us some suggestions about the town of Bibione. The house is in excellent condition, very clean, all advertised amenities were present and functional. The village is very quiet, the pool is clean, the environment is also very well maintained. The town of Bibione is nice, lots of tourist shops (:o) but also good restaurants. The public beach (free) is 2 or 3 km away (plan to go by car, but it's very easy to park). There were quite a few people, the sand is fine, and we walked for a very long time (ideal for children). Anyway, it was perfect. Thanks again to Ilaria for hosting us and for her home, we had a great vacation.

the house is very quiet. At least at this time of year. We enjoyed the tranquility and location very much. The beach is super within 10 minutes walking distance. Hosts are very friendly and helpful. All around very satisfied. Thank you again.

We had a great time. Magnificent place and animal lover. My two canons were at the top! I recommend it because in addition to being a beautiful place, it is 15 minutes from Treviso and a little more from Venice the top

Francesco and his family are really great, genuine and very pleasant people were very helpful, they made us feel at home. We were in 5 masks to visit to see the race of the covid climbing Castelmonte, the convenient location to reach the track and once we returned after the race we felt in paradise, a beautiful garden, well-kept and above all the roof with a table great for alfresco dinners. We will definitely be back highly recommended.

Cottage as described in the listing, nice pool for the kids. Quietly located, friendly owners. A dishwasher would be useful, but not a must.

We have been in the accommodation for the 3rd consecutive year and are still enthusiastic... location, amenities, cleanliness and communication leaves nothing to be desired.

Perfect Airbnb for a beach vacation. Apartment right in the old town on a large square (it could therefore get louder in the evening but is quiet from 11:30 PM at the latest (except for the water fountains). However, this was never a problem for us, we were still able to sleep very well. The kitchen offers everything you need for cooking. Giovanni always responds very quickly and gave us tips for the area (pizzeria opposite the complex with the best pizzas). It's about a 5-10 minute walk to the beach. There we had 2 loungers included for a week.

Amazing stay! We were travelling with our 10 month old and Silvia’s place was very well equipped! She arranged a baby cot and high chair which was very thoughtful. There’s everything you need in the house from cooking, shower to having a good nights sleep. She also has 2 bikes for us to ride around instead of paying 15 euros/day at the rental shop. Silvia was always available and responsive . Grazie Mille silvia for all the effort!

You will definitely love your stay at Nives and Giancarlo! :) Why? Nice, spacious, newly renovated & well equipped appartment (big bathroom, cosmetic miniatures - all you need for your stay, well equipped kitchen). Fabulous, large swimming pool with salt water only for 2 appartments (we enjoyed the pool most of the time as private, the other app.was not occupied during our stay). Very nice hosts Nives and Giancarlo, who really take care of us,on the other hand kept our privacy. Sweet surprise every morning.

We stayed in Edoardo and Gabriele's house for a weekend at the end of the season. The house is very clean, like few others seen so far, and the most beautiful thing is to enter and find a tastefully furnished apartment that smells clean. The owners are very helpful and friendly. A big plus is the shared pool. I'll definitely be back.

The hosts were very responsive and friendly. The gentleman met us and showed us everything. We were welcomed with Prosecco and snacks. The apartment is very clean, tidy and has a beautiful spacious balcony. In the summer there is also an outdoor pool. The apartment is fully equipped. The kitchen is really fully equipped so you won't miss anything and you will cook like at home. The parking lot in front of the building is really spacious, there is also a Spar right next to it. Excellent starting point and walking routes to the center of Grad. Of course, an excellent starting point for cyclists too. We felt at home. Thank you very much for the warm welcome and kindness. A great place for families with children. There are 2 swimming pools on the territory, one of which is located right behind the house. There are great restaurants and the beach within walking distance. Luca is a very friendly host 👍🏼
