We live in the same house, but guests enjoy a fully independent area with kitchen, living room, bathroom, and bedrooms (we only share the stairs and laundry room). The apartment is 70 km from Lignano Sabbiadoro - Grado -Bibione for the summer .. 40 km from the starred city of Palmanova and towards the border of Slovenia is Cividale del Friuli known for the Longobardi. Closer to 9 km are Gemona del Friuli and Venzone. For winter the ski areas are the Zoncolan 35km , Tarvisio 45km and Nassfeld
