My wife and I stayed here for a bit over 3 months, and everything about the stay was perfect. The house was beautiful and spotless, the views were amazing, the neighbors were very friendly, and Federica and Andrea were outstanding hosts. Federica was available to give us advice or help anytime, and answered questions we had very quickly. If you're considering staying here we highly recommend it. :) Thank you Federica and Andrea!

The house is amazing, large with alot of history and is beautifully renovated. Great for the number of guests we had everyone had their own room and own space. It was a great base for where we needed to be to visit relatives in surrounding visit and nothing is too far away. The beds were comfortable and large so plenty of storage and had everything you needed. We could park off the street and also had great washing facilities and room to hang clothes in the upstairs attic space. Matteo’s house exceeded our expectations and would highly recommend.

Ideal for what we were looking for, near the airport. The house has everything, very spacious and spacious, Romano was very kind, he left us several things for breakfast, and the pizzeria that he recommended very good and good prices. Thank you very much Romano!

My family and I had a wonderful week long stay at Erika’s home. She is one of the best hosts I’ve felt with on Airbnb; extremely responsive, helpful, and kind. The property is beautiful and the location offers plenty of privacy. The home is comfortable and offers everything you need for both a long and short stay. While San Martino is a small town, everything we needed was within a 10min drive so it was perfect as a central hub for our travels. Advice for future guests: if anyone in your group is over 6ft tall (1.8m) I suggest staying in the middle bedroom, as the bed frame in the far bedroom (master) limits the length and is only comfortable for people under that height. My family and I would absolutely stay here again, in fact it would be my first option for future trips.

Very small vilage, quiet, people friendly to us and the dogs. There is a worse signal here, but that is very good for relaxing today. I recommend and we will definitely come again.

our short vacation in the accommodation with Susanna was super :) shopping street about 50 meters away - occupied area in June (but you don't get this in the accommodation), about 100 m to the beach .. clean, nice contact, everything super - always happy to come back:) dogs were also very warmly welcome .

Very nice and spacious apartment with great terraces and very individually equipped as well as elevator in the house. The bus takes you to downtown without any problems. Simone is a very friendly host.

Check-in and check-out were stress-free, Monica asked if everything was okay and we felt very welcome! Will come again any time!

This was our second year staying at Roberto's house. Just as we remembered it -- perfect! Extremely clean... spotless. Great location and perfect for our family of 4 for a few days. Highly recommend.

The apartment was very clean and in superb location: a few mins walk to the beach and walking distance to the city centre. The premises are green and peaceful with a nice pool, in front of the apartment. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay a lot, appreciating outstanding contact with the host, who is a very nice and helpful person. Will definetely return.

The apartment (especially the kitchen) is really excellently equipped and very stylishly furnished. It is quite large (3 rooms, large kitchen, bathroom) and is very close to the center. Everything is easy to reach on foot. A luxury is the parking space in the yard. The apartment is certainly one of the best on the housing market in Gorizia. We felt very comfortable for a week, to which the obliging and at the same time unobtrusive manner of the hostess also contributed. Contact with her was straightforward, she was always available and very helpful. Highly recommended.

We were there in the off-season. Everything was super organized. She was very accommodating and flexible with arrival and departure. The terrace is excellent for enjoying in the evening hours. I'm sure we'll be back.

We had a lovely time at Ericas apartment. We travelled with dog and child and therefore the location was great, it is not direct in the center, but really close to the beach and has everything one needs and the balcony is very large and nice. The toys in the children's room were a nice touch. Comunication via message was easy and she was always available in case we needed something. Thank you for everything!

it's an apartment with amazing view to the city, it is on a hill and that makes it uncomfortable to visit the city center by foot. it's nice if you move with your car or public transport.

We felt right at home. Very nice apartment, super clean & very dear and warm hosts. We will definitely be back.
