Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Friuli-Venezia Giulia

We recently enjoyed a fantastic week-long stay at this villa, and it was truly an holiday to remember. Our group of nine found the villa spacious, comfortable, and clean. Suzanna welcomed us warmly and was always on hand if we needed her. The WiFi was good. The highlight of the villa was undoubtedly the pool. Pristine (cleaned almost daily) and inviting, it provided endless hours of relaxation and fun. The outdoor area was large and very comfortable, offering plenty of shaded seating and space for dining outside. We loved the table-tennis table too. The villa's interior was basic but clean - we only used it really for sleeping. The kitchen had everything we needed (a kettle would be a great addition!) and 3 bathrooms with showers was plenty. Having a car is highly recommended. The villa is in a peaceful, scenic location, but you’ll need a car to explore the surrounding area/food shopping etc. Good shops and bakeries are close by. Lastly, don’t forget to pack some mosquito spray!

The place was great, super family friendly. Our kids loved it. Ilaria was very hospitable and not only responded my messages immediately, but she also went the extra mile and text us all the time to see if everything was ok. If you love life in the country, this is the perfect place, cozy and beautiful.

We've had a lovely time at Casa Cervade. We were welcomed most kindly when we arrived and Renata had so many great recommendations for things to visit. The region is tremendously beautiful and well worth a visit. Next to that, the house itself is perfect. It has everyting you need for a family of six adults. The outside of the house is even beter. They have a great and large garden in which you can sit in both the sun and the shade. All in all, we had a great time and enjoyed the kindness of Renata and her family.

We stayed at this property for the second time, the host is incredibly nice and helpful and was able to resolve all our concerns within the shortest possible time. If we are in the area, this place is our first port of call.

Ferruccio and his daughters were helpful and friendly from the first moment, they always tried to help us by answering our questions. The house is equipped with everything you need, it's a pleasure to deal with people like that! We will definitely consider returning, highly recommended location to spend relaxing days!

Great place in a beautiful area

Absolutely perfect vacation! The place is located in a quiet neighborhood, which we especially appreciated as a family. The pool was spotlessly clean. The place was spacious. Alessio was very quick to communicate with us and had no problem accommodating us with anything. I can only recommend it. Thank you and we look forward to our next vacation.♥️

The location of the house on Google maps is incorrect, but once we were able to get a hold of the owner and find the actual house, everything was perfect. The house was beautiful and warm and there were towels and sheets and everything was great. The owners don’t speak English so we had to use Google translate for everything which was fine. The location of the house in relation to the town is a little on the outskirts, but we didn’t mind that since we don’t mind walking. My family really enjoyed staying at this location while we visited Sappada!

We were very happy with the accommodation and Alessandro as hosts. Plenty of space and everything you need for a vacation rental. A highlight is the very large balcony terrace. The property is very close to the beach. About 5 minutes walk. There are numerous restaurants in the immediate vicinity and also smaller supermarkets. The location was really top. Alessandro is a super friendly and nice host. He was always very quick to respond to questions and was very helpful. It was very important to him that we feel comfortable during our stay.

We loved this place! It was spacious, super comfortable and just easy to get to by car or walking. Lots of walkable places to eat and sights to see. We had a small issue with the heater and it was a very cold time when we were there but the hosts were very responsive and was able to help us very fast! Truly worth every penny! Highly recommend

Beautiful place, Alessandro and Monica were very kind. The cabin is a great place to relax away from the city chaos. Everything is very clean and organized.

La Luna Dell Montagne is a beautifully converted cottage in a secluded location by a river - simply stunning. Excellent kitchen, living space and bedrooms along with amazing bathroom. Tarviso is surrounded by awesome mountains & has access to great walks & cross country skiing. Nature is at the door - literally with the Deer and the river running by outside. Marina is a fantastic host. Arranged to meet us on arrival and explain the house to us. Also arranged for patisserie deliveries as a surprise :) She has created a lovely atmosphere. We had a wonderful time and felt very relaxed in the house

Francesca's land house was simply great for us! It is set in green surroundings up on a hill, totally private, quiet and relaxing! AWESOME VIEW! If you are looking for a place where you can let go of the city stress, you are at the right place here! You need to have a car in order to get the most out of the surroundings. We visited Muggia and Trieste on the Italian side of the border as well as Piran, Portoroz and Koper on the Slovenia side of the border. We loved all the places. In Muggia you have two Despar supermarkets and one MD supermarket (the MD being very close to the one Despar). By car to Muggia is between 6 and 9 minutes. Keep in mind that finding a parking place near the supermarkets can be challenging and they are open only until 19:30 (or eventually 20:00 in summer). If you've been late for the supermarket, we have a hint for you: Go to the San Bartolomeo camping, which is 4 minutes by car from the house. There you will find a small shop and a bar open until 12am! :)

Magical week in Pradileva, surrounded by mountains and rivers at crystal clear and pure water. A place of peace and rest, Martina was fantastic, always ready to facilitate and help, to tell her passion for her valley. Downstairs sunsets are a 5-minute walk with great quality clubs. From the communication before arrival, check-in and help during the stay, everything was great! The place was very clean and as described. Fantastic location with beautiful views of the mountains. You have to know that it is a bit remote and that you are basically dependent on a car. Good restaurants are quickly reached, and leisure activities such as skiing, cross-country skiing, tobogganing and winter hiking trails are sufficiently available. We were six adults, a toddler and a dog in the house and garden and had more than enough space. Absolute recommendation for a quiet holiday in a very nice and clean accommodation - we will come back :)
