Beachfront vacation rentals in Friuli-Venezia Giulia

We arrived in Grado and Paolo waited at the agreed meeting point and took us to the apartment. The communication was impeccable and Paolo welcomed us in a very friendly way and explained everything very well. The apartment is great. From the location and the layout of the apartment perfect for us (4 friends). We would book this apartment again any time

Beautiful little house with everything we needed for our relatively large family, in an interesting area of the harbor. A few minutes walk to one side or the other are nice public beaches accessible to dogs. We didn't meet Letizia in person, but our questions and wishes were always super quick and willing to answer and fulfill. Hope we come back here.

Andrea is great host. Fast reply and solve all our needs. Apartment is nice and fully equipped. Close to the beach. There is a lot of city events in the evenings to enjoy local atmosphere. Supermarkets available if you prefer to eat own meal and restaurant or pizza slices take away at each corner (highly recommended) 🙂👍

Great location, clean, cozy apartment with a nice and functional balcony, enough space to accommodate things and relax in general. The sea is 5 minutes away, all within walking distance. The hosts of the apartment are very kind and friendly, helped to resolve a couple of questions, in a matter of minutes. I liked everything so much that we would like to go back there again, but already in the warmer time, for the beach season. Thank you! ☺️

Alessandro answered every question quickly and even helped us find a suitable offer for a trip to Venice. We felt very comfortable and look forward to coming back next year. My husband and I had a very pleasant weekend in Caorle in Gianluca's apartment. Apartment with impeccable cleanliness, equipped with every comfort and well-stocked. Located in a quiet area but close to all amenities... the beach service included in the offer is also great, which is not so obvious to have!

I can definitely recommend the apartment. Great location on a quieter beach section near Ufficio 1. The busy part of the city is a few minutes' walk away. The apartment was clean and equipped with everything you might need. Communication with Mirko was very good.

Nice apartment in the heart of Grado. We could check in late night which was very helpful for us. Jara was very helpful and used to reply in due time. I can recommend this apartment.

We stayed at the Airbnb for a week and it fit well for three people. However, there is a very narrow spiral staircase between the kitchen and the bedroom/bathroom, where we as young and slim people sometimes struggled. So you should definitely keep that in mind when booking. The location could not be better in the old town of Grado and communication with the landlords worked very well! The kitchen is very well equipped, but there are no towels and no bed linen, you have to bring it yourself. In summary, we liked it very much on Airbnb and we will be happy to come back! :-)

Maria Grazia and her husband are wonderful people: I was on vacation with friends and we had a great time. The Airbnb matches the photos exactly, it is on the fourth floor and you can easily get there thanks to the elevator. The apartment is equipped with all kinds of items: from dishwashing and kitchen products, to bathroom products, the clothes drying rack as well as the towels, which were really many. Because of the heat, in the evening I preferred to sleep on the sofa with the balcony door wide open. It is also great to be able to park the car inside the garden of the building with the appropriate pass; once you leave the building, you have everything you need within walking distance. Lignano Sabbiadoro is really very beautiful: I was there at the same time as Pentecost and I found a lot of fun because of this event, with many Austrians and Germans who came specifically for this. If you're on vacation with friends, this Airbnb is the best!
