Apartment vacation rentals in Frielendorf

Schlitz is a stunning medieval town and this location is at its heart. Be prepared that our map technology cannot cope with medieval street layout though! I think this is an advantage but it may make it hard to find at first. Excellent to have easy parking and a tremendous host.

Very nice location in the middle of the old village center with beautifully renovated truss houses. Good parking next to the house. The attic apartment is very nice and just the right size for two, three people. Everything is very well organized and very clean. Everything was provided as we needed. Some more exclusive interior details enhance the impression. The only downside is that the pillows are not so good. Thanks for a great experience. Irene o Mats

Sebastian's place was a beautiful oasis - exactly as advertised, and even more impressive in person, with expansive views, cool interior design, and thoughtful personal touches that made our stay feel effortless (i.e. spices, condiments, tissues, paper towels, etc.). It is well located, with several restaurant options within walking distance (10-15 mins), as was a large grocery store. The included garage parking was a huge bonus, and the charming Ayse was very helpful in directing us on exactly where/how to get in (meeting us in person to facilitate). Sebastian was such a considerate host! Very easy to communicate with, and responsive to our needs. Definitely a must stay when in Kassel.

The idyllic location of the apartment on a farm is wonderful! There is a sheep stable two floors down, and during the day you can see the animals from many windows: they graze behind the house or lie comfortably in the countryside and occasionally, really nice. The very large apartment with its 3 bedrooms is incredibly beautifully decorated, between modern and antique (many upcycling antiques). This gives you a lot to look and feels very comfortable and cozy right away. There is no lack of comfort, not even in the kitchen and bathroom: just perfect. The landlords are very accommodating and helpful.

The contact was totally uncomplicated and very friendly, Christiane was always available and always responded quickly. In the apartment, we immediately felt at home, it was a very cozy atmosphere. The amenities really had everything you could ever need. It was also very clean and especially nice and quiet. We'd love to come back if we're back in the area.

It was a wonderful experience. The cleanliness of the place was really outstanding. Our host was very friendly and explained everything clearly. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. Overall, a solid 5/5.

We felt very comfortable in the beautiful half-timbered apartment. Silke is very likeable, always easily accessible and very hospitable and communicative :) A welcome gift was also included, and we were able to feel at home for 2 nights.

Impeccable accommodation. Lovely location in the old town.

We had a great, light-flooded and spacious apartment, with everything you needed. The sauna, with a clear view of the valley, is the highlight. In nice weather, you can use a terrace with a beautiful view of the valley and the sunset. We highly recommend the apartment and would definitely come back again.

The apartment is located on the edge of a small village, from where you can start walks and hikes directly. One of the two horse farms of the family is within walking distance in 2 minutes, the other is in the village and is also within walking distance. For children, both the horse farm and the proximity to nature (forest and meadows) are very appealing, there is the possibility of petting horses and pony riding. The large apartment is super equipped with everything and for families with children (high chair, games, books, building blocks, baby stop for the bed) and has a sauna and a piano as highlights. I was there for three days with my daughter and three grandchildren and highly recommend this place: Very friendly owners, quiet rural environment, you immediately come down and find time and muse.

I felt right at home in this apartment. The garden definitely invites you to linger, which we unfortunately could only enjoy briefly at the beginning of our stay, as we were traveling during the day. We were very satisfied with everything, everything was there and abundantly available. We could have called Patricia at any time, but we didn't need to. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was even equipped with a super great hair dryer. I could have left mine at home. I would recommend this place in a clear conscience. Thank you Patricia

Mona and Josef's apartment is just wow - certainly one of the nicest apartments we've ever been to. It is exceptionally perfectly designed, but very cozy. If it rains and you don't want to do anything - no problem, you can just stay at home and enjoy this wonderful apartment or do a few saunas and relax on the fantastic terrace. In addition, the hosts are very courteous and attentive - you really feel welcome here - more like a friend than a foreign guest. Check-in and check-out were absolutely hassle-free. The area has plenty to offer - we received tips from Josef for varied activities. We had a great time and would be happy to come back!

We had a lovely stay. With a lot of peace and quiet to just slow down. The place matches the pictures , we didn't lack anything. Maybe a screen would be attached to the hot tub to the terrace:) We would have felt even more comfortable with that. But that's complaining to a high standard. We definitely recommend Andre's place.

I had a great experience staying here! Everything was as expected except for the view... which was beyond expectations! I will remember the sunsets I have seen from the living room windows and the hot tub for a long time.

It felt like an Ibiza vacation. The outdoor area can really not be exceeded and everything is very stylishly furnished inside. Thomas was super friendly and if you had a concern, you could always write to him. Oven and dishwasher would have been optional quite practical but definitely does not affect our review, because otherwise everything was a 10/10. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Madeleine and Martin's feel-good oasis! The apartment is lovingly and individually furnished, super comfortable with cozy beds and a spacious living area. We especially enjoyed the balcony and the outdoor hot tub. The hosts are incredibly hospitable and made the stay even more enjoyable. The hobby room was an absolute highlight! Everything was very clean and well maintained. A perfect place to relax and discover the surroundings. Highly recommended!

We stayed at the place for two nights. We were traveling with five adults, one toddler, and two small children. Everyone felt totally comfortable and didn't miss anything. From the communication in advance to the arrival, everything was completely well regulated and very loving. All the people we met on the farm were very open-minded and super nice. Our two youngest fellow travelers also felt very comfortable and will not forget the stay so quickly. Especially for families, the accommodation offers a retreat after beautiful day trips in the area. Everything is quite quickly accessible by car. We can only recommend the place. Ideal as a starting point for a hike to the Wartburg with a little more time to the Dragon Gorge. The apartment is very nicely decorated and has everything and more than you need. Check-in via the key box went smoothly. We really enjoyed the stay and would be happy to come back sometime.
