Stephan is a lovely host who has a very nice property in Nice. Stephan was very communicative, hospitable and provided everything you could need in a stay. The value was tremendous considering we were in town for F1. The property is modern, spotless and comfortable. Look no further for your south of France vacation!

Amazing stay!

This was a wonderful and affordable place to stay in Nice for 3. It is within walking distance of the beach or other attractions or public transport is close by and easy to navigate. Philippe was an excellent host and very proactive to check on us and communicate. We appreciate his kindness and all of his efforts to assure we were taken care of and felt welcomed.

This place is excellent. Was here for a week (for work) and it was very close to the train station (less than 10 minute walk) and la Croisette (~15 minutes). The hosts are incredibly responsive and share lots of clear instructions. The place was clean, very well decorated and an all around lovely space. Hope to rebook for next year! Aurélie's place is fabulous! A magnificent view, a spacious balcony/terrace, comfortable, ideally located, a very appreciable aquatic space! We'll be happy to go back!

I recently stayed at this apartment and I must say, it was an incredible experience! The location is perfect, with easy access to local attractions and amenities. The apartment itself was immaculate, clean, and had all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. Absolutely incredible experience! I can only recommend this Airbnb! Also the hosts were incredibly friendly, helpful and super understanding! The Airbnb is so beautifully decorated and located right in the center of Le Cannet. We absolutely fell in love with that small city and airbnb, it felt straight out of a movie, super romantic!

We had a great time with the family in Sylvia's house. She was proactive and provided us with all the information we needed for a great week. The house was very nice for a family with several children (childcare equipment and toys/games available). It has been renovated and furnished with lots of charm! The exteriors are also very pleasant with different spaces such as the terrace with garden furniture which we enjoyed despite our stay in December.

Our family loved staying in this modern house near the sea. We had everything we needed and felt right at home. Great deck view, minutes from the beach, restaurants, and yet quiet. The beds are cozy and the home is well decorated. Our host was the best. We’ll be back!

The owner was not present during the stay but his absence was excellently compensated by his neighbors who were charming and perfectly ensured arrival and departure. Very faithful to the description, the rental is furnished with great taste and is very functional. The private terrace gives intimate outdoor access, which is very much appreciated. Although located near the approach of one of the runways of the airport quite close, the noise (during the day only) is more of a nuisance than a nuisance. Good amenities, comfortable bedding, efficient and discreet air conditioning. In short, an excellent stay that will call for others, in this atypical but very pleasant place located close to the Salins and Aiguade, offering shops and restaurants but also beautiful beaches and walking trails.

We spent 6 days in this amasing villa. All was great and as described in the offer. Didier and his wife are amasing hosts, very helpfull. I would recomend this place to everybody.

The house is located on a hill, so you have a beautiful view from the terrace. The house itself is very well laid out with the four bedrooms, and the fact that there are three bathrooms is very relaxing throughout the holiday. However, the attention to detail in the decoration stands out in particular. It is not a typical vacation home, which is furnished appropriately. It is a gem, with a lot of love for detail! You immediately feel arrived and at home. Very successful!

Near perfect place all around- location, pool, comfort. Could use a curtain separating bedroom from bath and thicker blinds.

I really enjoyed this short stay at Françoise's (professional setting). The apartment was as described and very quiet. Françoise and her husband were really very welcoming, going so far as to pick me up from the train station and offering to drop me off at the location of my conference. I would highly recommend it

This lovely home was an absolute oasis for our family! The view is stunning, everything was spotless, the beds were so comfortable and the bathroom was like a spa. We booked absolute last minute and Corinne could not have been more accommodating. She went above and beyond, showing us where to park and walking us through not only the home but the entire complex, from the pool to the beach access. If you have a chance to stay here, you must! Double sliding doors open up to a large balcony with so much seating and a fabulous beach view. Home was super quiet and private. We would not have changed a thing. Corinne suggested we visit the village Saint Paul de Vence which was spectacular. She is the kindest and most helpful host we’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting, we can’t speak highly enough about her! Our entire experience here was a joy! Thank you, Corinne!

The apartment is very well organized and carefully furnished, making good use of the available spaces and in order to provide all the comforts to guests. The apartment is also distinguished by remarkable, very thorough, deep, and meticulous cleaning. The kitchen is well organized and has all the necessary accessories. Great apartment indeed!

Severine and Patrice made us feel very welcome and the apartment is perfect for a weekend in the Gulf of Saint Tropez. Beautiful terrace and impeccable interior. We'll be back without hesitation!

Great place to stay in the middle of Nice in a perfect location. You are 2 minutes from the sea and the Promenade des Anglais. 10 minutes to the old town, many restaurants and bars are very close. The place is tastefully decorated. We had a very nice stay and enjoyed breakfast on the small terrace every morning! Mylene is a very friendly and always helpful hostess.

We had the most amazing stay at Alains place. The location was amazing and the view was so beautiful! They were very helpful with storing our luggage upon arrival and were ready to help with any questions! Right across from the main promenade! Grocery store was a 2 minute walk away, lots of stores near by. It was great to enjoy the beautiful terrace with a glass of wine after a long travel day before heading out for dinner! Would love to stay here again!
