Beautiful house near Sainte Maxime in a quiet residential area. We enjoyed our stay, the house is very functional and well-equipped. Marie-Louise and her husband hosted us on a late Friday evening, we really appreciated the quality of communication with them. They supported us well during our stay, tips, good places to visit… and great flexibility. They contributed to the quality of our stay.

A very nice, spacious villa, quietly located with a very nice garden and a large pool. The home was tastefully decorated and very well equipped. We felt very comfortable. Our local contact was always available, very friendly and helpful.

The place is even prettier than the photo. The rooms are spacious, the kitchen functional. The gardens are well maintained, the views are superb. We were able to play pétanque on a field downstairs in the sun ☀️ the pool has 29 degrees was a plus, and the sauna too! The place is quiet, Nadia was very helpful! We recommend this place for a family time

Top place, very nicely furnished, with all the essentials you need. The jacuzzi is amazing, and the setting lets you fully immerse yourself in nature. Hard to describe—just go and experience it for yourself!

We had a great time with our family in this cottage. The location is simply fantastic – quiet, but still central enough to reach everything quickly. The house itself was very clean and well maintained upon our arrival, which immediately gave us a good feeling. We were particularly enthusiastic about the extensive amenities – it was really everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Even cool drinks, coffee and snacks were thought of.

We had a very enjoyable stay in the apartment. The place was well equipped, enjoyed using an air fryer for the first time & the BBQ was great! The outside decking area with hot tub was very relaxing and as the weather was not warm enough for the pool the hot tub was a welcome alternative for relaxing. The scenery was stunning. I would recommend providing some written recommendations on restaurants, areas to visit, walks in the area etc in the house. We looked online but personal recommendations left for guests would be a nice touch. I would recommend this house for its space for a family and Stephane was a very responsive host. You definitely need a car to enjoy the area, go to shops etc. We had not planned to hire one as I thought we could walk to the village in about 15 mins but we ended up getting a rental otherwise we would have relied on Ubers, which were quick enough but it adds up when you are a party of 5. We had a wonderful vacation at Giovanni's house 🥰 He greeted us personally upon arrival and calmly showed us the beautiful vacation home and explained everything. There's nothing missing in the house. Our children particularly liked the heated pool, so they were also able to spend the few rainy days well 💦 And we adults could enjoy the sauna 😃 The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. Bakers and shops are less than five minutes away by Car reachable. The spacious property is completely fenced and you don't have to worry about a child getting lost. We will be happy to come back! I booked this place to celebrate my 60th birthday with my family. The house has an exceptional location with a sensational view of the bay of Saint Maxime. A car is absolutely necessary. About, 10 minutes to the sea. Everything was to our complete satisfaction. Easy to find, uncomplicated check-in. All was perfectly prepared. ( Baby cot + high chair ) We immediately felt at home. In the house, there is enough space to cook and eat in the open living/kitchen area with 8 people. There is even a fireplace for cold days. The outdoor area is also awesome. Several levels to linger. Great pool, jacuzzi, sauna, even a boule area at the bottom of the property is available. Thank you Stephane for the wonderful holiday week. Frank & family

The house is located in a privileged, quiet and family-friendly location. It is perfectly located to visit the French Riviera area. I recommend it.

The stay was just amazing, the cottage was very clean, very beautiful and very well organized, my sister and I enjoyed the jacuzzi and the beautiful garden outside the cottage. Very good experience. Very relaxing setting, the chalet is tastefully decorated. You really have to take the Spa option because the private cave is a magical relaxation area. I recommend it +++

We stayed one night in this quiet environment Unfortunately, we were unable to try the jacuzzi due to lack of time, but we had a lovely time. We were with our dog, there are many walks to do nearby☺️. Smiling and welcoming hosts😁! Thanks 🙏
