A very nice location with a great view. The studio is fully equipped. The owners are particularly nice.

we booked this house because we were in France for business. We would have definitely also taken advantage of the pool, the garden and the surroundings if we had been on vacation, but even so we had the opportunity to appreciate the comfortable and spacious house for 8 people. We loved the apartment and the location was amazing. We were surrounded by great restaurants, shopping and close to beach. All walkable. The apartment does have an elevator, but is only on ground 1, which in US is second floor. I loved sitting on the balcony and having my coffee. Can’t wait to return!

Great place to stay in a beautiful location - Ros made us feel very welcome and we would happily recommend this as a wonderful place to visit.

The facility is run familial and has a total of 4 parties. Everything is in a tidy condition and the pool was cleaned daily. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the pool has arrived great with the children👍🏻😊🧜🏼‍♀️. The approach was a bit adventurous at the beginning, as the roads are sometimes very narrow. At some point, however, you have the arch out🏎️ 😄. Next time, we would no longer arrive with a VW bus including setup. The surrounding cities are unfortunately very poorly designed for such vehicles - tunnels that are only 2.30 m high without notice. Parking garages can be almost completely forgotten.

Very good stay, very pleasantly surprised by the rental complex. A very responsive hostess, the sea as close as possible...

We had a very enjoyable stay in Cipieres. We spent a lot of time seeking out swimming spots in local river gorges: some spectacular locations. We visited towards the end of September when the village was lovely and quiet but still with a restaurant and pizzeria open, plus a small shop for basic needs and morning bread/pastries. The apartment was ideal for our needs and the large pool got a lot of use. Spacious private parking spot was also a big plus. Hosts John & Rita responded very rapidly to all enquiries.

It was a very nice stay at the house. Thanks a lot for the well prepared house and very helpful insights and communication while staying in the house. The evenings on the terrace were very nice. The view was astonishing! As it was very very hot in the rooms without air condition our nights sadly were not the best ones. We also had some challenges with mosquitoes. Maybe this could be improved. Thanks!

Simple step for us but met our expectations

My wife, my daughters and I had a great week of vacation, the accommodation is excellent, air-conditioned and spacious enough for 4 people, we enjoyed the pool night and day! Pétanque game with Christian Marina and the sniper Alexandre! Golden hosts, friendship, smiles, good humor all the time, we will go back next year for sure! We found the ideal accommodation, the shops nearby, Inter Lidl bakery and Avenue 83 just 10 minutes away, the Grand Var the same and all this in a quiet and peaceful setting at the foot of the small mountains dotted with Provençal houses! Thanks again to Christian, Marina and Alex for this week!

Very peaceful accommodation in a welcoming environment. We spent 2 nights with friends and we were able to enjoy the calm and charm of the place as well as the village within walking distance. Very nice hosts who make the stay as easy as possible. They are available, enjoyable and responsive. I recommend it and will gladly come back.

We had a pleasant stay at Cédric's. The accommodation is comfortable and well-equipped. Unfortunately, we didn't take much advantage of the terrace due to fairly cool weather but it seems to be one of the assets of this house. Thanks to Alice for the quality of her explanations and responsiveness.

Giulia’s sea view tower is the best ever! The location is right inside a historic tower overlooking the daily market with views of the Mediterranean Sea. The apartment is clean and lovely and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The bed and bedding was very comfortable and the bathroom and living room and dining room had everything we needed. There are so many books for reading provided and also books for investigating the history of the area too and of the building. Antibes is a very special place and this location is right in the heart of the old town with quaint streets and shops and restaurants and bakeries. We absolutely loved everything. Wonderful location, nice place, Giovanni is a very responsive host. The people at the swimming pool bar at the appartment complex are very friendly . One small improvement to have own wifi instead of the general hotspot that has limited location access.

Beautifully renovated apartment in the centre of the old town. Nice quality furniture and bedding and everything you need for a stay in Antibes, including beach towels and parasols which were very appreciated. Communication was good and the management company very responsive. Apartment on the 3rd floor up stairs (as in the advert), rustic stairway. Neighbours and neighbourhood quiet and just around the corner from restaurants, bars and beautiful independent shops. We were very comfortable in the apartment with teenagers - showers worked great, washing machine, tumble drier, etc, etc. We would definitely stay here again - loved it. Didn't give extremely good value as it wasn't cheap but that's Antibes! Thank you

Flawless stay, nothing to say really, if you want to relax in a quiet and gentle environment, the accommodation offered by Nico and Amandine is for you. What can be said about the property owners? Nothing to say, responsive, smiling😁, flexible on schedules, attentive.

Lovely apartment just like photos - host very helpful - great location.

Excellent location to shine in the area. The neighborhood is quiet and close to the beaches. The apartment is well equipped, airy and bright. Our boy had a lot of fun with toys, books, board games... The garage still requires a lot of maneuvering to park the car. Thanks to Agnès and her dad for their lovely welcome.

Very nice and very quiet accommodation, functional and strategic for strolling around the Gulf. Small plus of the very nice jacuzzi. Christiane welcomed us and was available to us. A very good stay. Thank you!
