Monthly Rentals in Freeport

The main room is light, airy, and high-ceilinged. It contains a little entry area, a bed, a kitchen area, and table that seats either two or four, depending on whether you open up the extra leaf. It felt pretty spacious. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with a waterfall shower head (but no tub), and there's a closet area in the hallway connecting the main room to the bathroom. The location is great — across the street from William Land Park, and a block or two away from restaurants and coffee shops and a big grocery store. It’s not that far to downtown Sacramento by car or bus (and the bus stop is also just a block or two away). The location is pretty quiet, despite being near two busy streets. The kitchen has no microwave, and I did not find baking pans anywhere for the oven. But there are some pots and pans to use on the stovetop. The bed is pretty low, maybe 18 or 24 inches off the floor, so if you have stiff knees, be warned! I would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I stayed here for two month while we transition to move to a permanent place in Sacramento. This place is next to the biggest park in Sacramento region with tons of great Asian food around on Freeport. The place is close to grocery store, coffee shops and 10 mins from downtown and with very easy access to highway 5 and 99. I would recommend anyone who wants quiet while close to everywhere while visiting Sacramento.

Our home away from home! This home is complete with our needs, we couldn’t ask for more - full kitchen with oven, drinking water, ice, washer and dryer, coffee maker, and even a pool (which we weren’t able to use because it was always raining). It is spacious enough for two persons and cozy and safe. Eddie is also easy to connect with for questions and concerns. He allowed us to check in early! There was one issue during the stay that was immediately resolved. We also unintentionally left some belongings that Eddie messaged us that we can still pick up. For these we are grateful. We’ll definitely consider this home again in the future!

The place was beautiful, clean, and so cozy! They had all the little things you need but don’t think about or forget to bring like toothpaste, floss, any shower needs, detergent, measuring cups, all home necessities etc and it’s a perfect home for one or a couple! Neighborhood is so beautiful and feels very safe and respectful. Owners are very lovely too, super kind to chat to and respond throughly! 💕 Had an amazing trip here!
