Sit back, have a glass of wine, and watch the hot air balloons paint across the sky at sunrise or sunset. Use our bicycles to explore the locale or BBQ outside and take in the scenery.

"FLEUR DE NOYER" Gîte Stone residence with spa ideally located in a quiet area near remarkable tourist sites. The building (200 m²) with modern decoration consists of 1 spacious living room, 4 bedrooms each equipped with 1 private bathroom, 2 toilets. An annex accommodates 1 jacuzzi, 1 sauna, 1 bathroom/toilet. For your well-being, you will also have 1 enclosed garden with swimming pool, terraces with garden loungers, 1 barbecue. A cleaning deposit of €150 is to be paid on site.

As you step into the cottage, you'll first encounter the kitchen featuring a charming handmade 4-meter wooden table and complete amenities. Ascend the stairs to the second floor housing a cozy lounge area and bedrooms. The lounge offers comfortable seating, including super big floor cushions. There are two bedrooms with single beds and two with queen-sized beds. Additionally, the bathroom on this floor features toilets, showers, and two wash basins.

Pomarède is located 10 minutes' drive from Prayssac (and all its local shops), 5 minutes' drive from Frayssinet-le-Gélat (bakery, supermarket, water park) and 35 minutes' drive from Cahors. Beautiful walks on foot or by bike can be taken in the surrounding area. In summer, due to its orientation and stone, the house will allow you to stay cool.

In the center of Périgord Noir, 15 minutes from the city of Sarlat, the cottage Les Pierres Blondes offers accommodation "Les Vinaigriers". You will enjoy its absolute calm, its private terrace, its landscaped garden and the heated swimming pool from May to the end of september. The river La Dordogne is 5 minutes by car with its canoe rentals and including the cingle of Turnac with its beautiful wild beach.
