The coziness of a mountain cabin married with the fun of your relative’s basement game and exercise equipment room. It’s a fun and quirky place that fires our kids’ imagination. The caretakers are right downstairs and ready to help with anything including plowing out the parking in the morning so we can go skiing! Thanks for a great stay!

Morning Side is filled with character and charm. The house itself, the furnishings, and even the book collection take you back to 18th century New England. The kitchen and dining area are particularly cozy and inviting. The windows and views are magical, particularly with a good snowfall. The host was very helpful, particularly proactive about preparing the sidewalk and driveway for snowfall, even on Thanksgiving Day!

Just What We Needed We had a marvelous trip to Northampton MA and Sue's large Victorian house was perfect for our group's stay. Of course it was clean and comfortable, but in many ways it had more than what we needed, from parking to rooms and other amenities, I was especially pleased to find convenient outlets and USB ports, even by the bed (which is better than some hotels I've stayed at). Sue had a welcoming gift in the kitchen, communicated responsively and helpful with ideas about the area, as our 'home' was truly conveniently located just blocks from the trendy downtown area. An enjoyable stay in a charming city.

My daughter and I were visiting colleges and we booked this home. It’s super cozy and was a wonderful spot to stay. We’d love to stay there again!

From the beginning of this stay until the end, Cindy and Ron were great hosts. We were coming together as a 4-generation family from Vermont, California and Massachusetts to be here for a birth, and we could not have found a better place to stay than this one!

We had a fantastic stay at Joan’s house! She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even baking delicious banana bread and providing snacks, wine and water for us. The house was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy and well-kept home away from home. Staying at Kristen’s farmhouse is a classic Valley experience. The property is located far enough off Route 9 to avoid traffic noise but directly connected for easy access. Do yourself a favor and take the backroads traveling between Hadley and UMASS campus - the correct road back to 116 and 47 is directly accessible. The house is adjacent to a walkable path along a river and right on Hadley common. Very quiet but easy to get out and explore. I would stay at Kristen’s again anytime I’m in the area. It’s perfect for 4-5 people, but note the bottom floor bedroom is noticeably more updated. The second floor bedroom is more of a converted attic space, but plenty of room and perfectly comfortable. The best parts are the shower (water pressure, temperature and space = 👏), the kitchen and how QUIET it is. We know the area and the houses are 100-200 years old. We expected creaky floors and thinner walls. We were astounded at how minimal any noise from inside or outside was. 10/10

Our family fell head over heels for this incredible Airbnb! - Just a quick 5-minute jaunt from the slopes, the location couldn’t have been more perfect for our snowy adventures. We actually drove back home to enjoy our noodle soups for lunch since the main lodge of Berkshire East was packed and impossible to find seats. - The home itself was immaculate and breathtakingly beautiful. The host, Gina, went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable—thoughtful touches like feminine hygiene products in every bathroom. - The hot tub outside was the perfect touch! - And let’s not forget our toddler, who was absolutely *thrilled* by the treasure trove of toys waiting for them—it was like walking into a little paradise for kids! From start to finish, Gina’s Airbnb was a dream come true, and we’re already counting down the days until we can return!

Mary Beth's air B&B is a beautiful home with many hand built details. It was perfect for my family to stay and Mary Beth was extremely responsive and helpful with the winter storm we had during our stay. We had a 1 year old staying with us and Mary Beth had a high chair, pack and play and toys for him to use! Wonderful place and host, would be delighted to stay there again.

Words cannot begin to describe our stay at Jeffrey's house! The rain may have impacted our ability to really take in all the mountain views, but the property was beautiful and the house was so welcoming. Jeffrey answered all of my questions for weeks leading up to our stay and made sure we had everything we needed - including replacing the air fryer ahead of our stay to make sure we could feed our picky children and delivering a bag of ice so I could make my iced coffees. I love all of the recent updates that were done that gave the house an extra feeling of luxury while maintaining coziness/comfort as well. I 12 out of 10 would recommend Jeffrey as a host and we will most certainly be back in the future - hopefully on a sunnier weekend!

This Airbnb was better than expected and lives up to the 5-star reviews! Beautiful home, gorgeous surroundings, and plenty of space. Heat and hot water worked like a brand new house even though it’s almost 150 years old! We spent time visiting Greenfield, North Adams, Northampton, Turners Falls, and Boston! Thank you to the wonderful hosts!

Lovely house at on a private cul-de-sac. Lots of room for 3 adult couples in town for a family wedding. Well appointed kitchen. Each couple had a separate bathroom, handy when getting ready for the wedding. Enjoyed hanging out in the comfortable common spaces. Sharing take out in the formal dining room one night was a treat. Beautiful back yard with patio and open porch surrounded by trees.

We had a wonderful 5 days at the house and felt right at home. The location is very secluded and peaceful which is exactly what we wanted. It felt very cosy with the woodburning stove. Despite the freezing temperatures we felt very warm and comfortable. We had some communication with Debra beforehand as one of our party had recently broken her arm and conditions at the house were snowy and icy. Debra was very concerned for our safety and was proactive in letting us know the conditions and willing to let us change the date of our booking if we wanted (we didn't), which we very much appreciated. We were met at the property by Jorma who kindly showed us around the house and how to use the woodburner, he also checked in on us a couple of times via text to make sure all was going well. We were provided with lots of info and recommendations about the local area, trails, and things to do. We also had a lovely gift basket on our arrival. Thanks for a lovely vacation!

We had a great stay at Sally and Noava’s place! The surroundings were so peaceful and beautiful, truthfully a cabin in the woods. The house was perfectly clean and relaxing. The hosts were so responsive making it that much more comfortable of a stay. We would definitely come back here again!

This lovely home is located quite close to town, and is on a very quiet street. We were greeted on arrival by Joan who was quite friendly and showed us around. Joan responded within minutes any time I reached out to her. I had some specific requests when I booked the space, and they were remembered and accommodated, which was so appreciated. The house is well maintained. The beds are quite comfortable and we liked the furnishings. The kid's room is quite sweet and my teen was happy to claim it on arrival. We appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was, and the great book, game and puzzle cabinet. We will return to this house if we come back to Northampton.

Comfortable, cozy, clean and peaceful house for our family of three. We each had a floor with a full bathroom, and great amenities throughout. We particularly loved being between great skiing at Berkshire East and the beautiful town of Shelburne Falls.

We had a great time. Actually had heavy snow our first morning that added to the ambiance. Kitchen had everything we needed. We were visiting my daughter at Smith College and enjoyed the contrast between Northampton and the countryside of Ashfield. Looking forward to returning to take advantage of the hiking.
