Falcon's Nest | hot tub | scenic views |

CarolineRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
I can’t say enough good things about the Falcon’s Nest! My boyfriend and I had a much needed retreat which was so relaxing and tranquil and enchanting. The location is stunning and the build of the little apartment is just gorgeous! I never wanted to leave. Very convenient to good coffee and restaurants. We loved soaking in the hot tub and watching the trees. What a magical place. I hope we can come back someday.

Farm House of Hadley

DanielRating, 5 stars5 days ago
Staying at Kristen’s farmhouse is a classic Valley experience. The property is located far enough off Route 9 to avoid traffic noise but directly connected for easy access. Do yourself a favor and take the backroads traveling between Hadley and UMASS campus - the correct road back to 116 and 47 is directly accessible. The house is adjacent to a walkable path along a river and right on Hadley common. Very quiet but easy to get out and explore. I would stay at Kristen’s again anytime I’m in the area. It’s perfect for 4-5 people, but note the bottom floor bedroom is noticeably more updated. The second floor bedroom is more of a converted attic space, but plenty of room and perfectly comfortable. The best parts are the shower (water pressure, temperature and space = 👏), the kitchen and how QUIET it is. We know the area and the houses are 100-200 years old. We expected creaky floors and thinner walls. We were astounded at how minimal any noise from inside or outside was. 10/10

We had a wonderful time staying at this magical place. It had everything we needed for a week of relaxation and activities. The house is incredibly well equipped. Mikaela and Raphael are the best hosts. We would love to return next year.

Year Round Lakefront Getaway Home

Stacey And RandyRating, 5 stars9 months ago
Beautiful home and scenic surroundings. Picturesque view or the water from every part or the cottage. Open kitchen, living and dining area with plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Deck was great for family dining and dock allowed for easy fishing and swimming. Without ac you will want extra fans if the weather is expected to be hot/ humid.

Cozy bedroom in 1850's Grist Mill

EnzoRating, 5 stars1 month ago
I had a plan to attend a concert nearby but wound up staying at the house the whole time. I needed a rest and the house was calm, quiet, and next to a dramatic river. Gregory was a little slow to warm up before my visit but he turned out to be a very warm, gracious, and generous host. We enjoyed a conversation by the fire and he invited me to share food, and put on music by the artist whose concert I missed do that I could still enjoy it! I slept really well and left feeling that while it I hadn’t done very much, it had been a very restorative place to seclude myself.

12-Acre Vacation Rental in the Berkshires!

AudeRating, 5 stars3 months ago
Wonderful Airbnb, in the heart of the Berkshires. Great location, by the Chickley river. The house is spacious, beautifully decorated, with taste and attention to detail. Everything you could possibly need was there. We also had a lot of fun feeding the birds and the horses just across the road. This is a perfect choice for families. We had a great time, and would live to come again.

Spring spectacular w fireplace, WiFi, BBQ & forest

MariosRating, 5 stars2 months ago
We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The place was cozy, well-equipped, and perfect for our group. The kids loved the games and toys, and the fireplace made for a great place to relax after skiing. The location, just 15 minutes from Berkshire East, was ideal. That said, winter travelers should be prepared for challenging road conditions. It snowed heavily during our stay, and while private plowing services arrived, it was usually around 11 a.m. If it snows overnight, expect to shovel the large driveway to get the cars out early in the morning. The roads are steep and not always well-plowed, so a four-wheel-drive vehicle, winter tires, or chains are highly recommended. On our last morning, a tree fell out front, blocking the road and knocking out power. These things happen, and it wasn’t the host’s fault, but the remote location means services may be limited. Despite that, we had a wonderful time!
