Rest easy in this picturesque, very spacious tranquil home ready for you for a relaxing stay. Minutes from umass, 10min to either Amherst or Noho. Not only will you have access to the hot tub and walk in the hay fields behind the house but we are directly across from the Connecticut River. Perfect spot for swimming or kayaking. Enjoy a beautiful view of the mountains/hay and corn fields from multiple rooms in the house. This space is above an all female wood working shop, happy to give tour!

Come and enjoy our country retreat with breathtaking mountain and valley views. This expanded 1770 farmhouse gives you 4,500 sq. ft. of space for large family and friend get togethers. The house overlooks the Green River Valley with views to Vermont. The end of a dirt road location provides an escape with views that are changing through the seasons. Your own porch with a cafe table and chairs leads to your private entrance to the suite. Roomy and bright bedroom has a huge bathroom with a shower, office/ kitchenette/ eating area, and closet with fully-supplied laundry. The king bed includes a locally-made, medium-firm mattress and abundant bedding. The TV is connected by Roku to all major streaming services.

Clean and sunny house near Smith College

Our guest house is in a quiet woodsy neighborhood 1 mile from Smith College. We are 2 miles from downtown Northampton. There is one queen bed downstairs, another queen upstairs in bedroom 2, and two twin beds in bedroom 3. There is a washer/dryer, fireplace, and back deck with gardens and woodlands. We have a new patio and hot tub right off the deck in a private area. There is a short river walk at the end of the block and a nearby trail meanders along the river.

This space is a Large Studio Apartment in the Bonus Room above the Garage of a large log home overlooking Berkshire East Mountain Resort. Guests have shared access to the hot tub, deck, fire pit barbecue area and limited access to host's laundry facilities. You'll have sole access to the bonus room, deck & grill and full private bath. Space is comfy and charming, accessible from a private staircase or spiral into the main house's entrance hall.
