Vacation rentals in Franklin County

We felt so comfortable and relaxed. Bob’s home had everything we needed for our stay, including plenty of fun games for the kids. The neighborhood is perfect for a family vacation. We hope to be back in the future!

Patricia's place is a great hideaway with easy access to some of the areas highlights, including Shelburne Falls and Mass MOCA (within 40 minutes). The space is thoughtfully decorated, the kitchen is extremely well-stocked and her warm welcome of our dog was much appreciated. With or without a canine companion, this is a terrific, quiet spot. Highly recommend.

Our girls' getaway at Jaime's beautiful home was perfect. Immaculate from top to bottom, our favorite room as we entered is the beautiful, large roomy farm house kitchen with all the bells and whistles! It really sets the stage for the home. Lovely fresh tulips, tasteful decor, comfy furnishings-and all the amenities we needed. Jaime is a superior, friendly, communicative host who has added the thoughtful touches that warm the heart. We will miss our evenings on the porch enjoying the view from our rocking chairs. Can't wait to plan our next stay!

Deborah was very responsive and accommodating. Her house is cute, quiet and very dog-friendly. It has an open front yard area on one side and a (very friendly) neighbor right on the other side. It is right off the main road, however it is very rural and quiet with lots of nature sounds and a beautiful porch. A lovely spot. Kitchen was very well stocked with spices, etc.

Our stay at Beth's place was fantastic, it exceeded expectations! The space was even more beautiful and clean than in the pictures. The kitchen was super well stocked if you are planning to cook, and like other reviews noted, the hosts kindly left fresh eggs from their farm for us to use. The only note I would say is that if you are sensitive to noise, it is an old house and you can clearly hear other tenants in the house. Not a problem for us, but something to note!

It was a nice cabin with some rustic charm and the pond was a nice view from the place. Would love to come back and rent out both cabins together. Sadly it was raining during our stay but we’d love to come back and hike Tully mountain, you can see it from the property. Would recommend:)

Felt like we were staying at a friends house! We stayed for 2 nights for a trip that was based around going to Six Flags with my 13-year-old daughter and her best friend for April break. I am so glad I went with Andrew’s place and not a hotel room with two beds! The place is spacious, clean, updated, quiet and within walking distance to an area with so many options for shopping and dining. Overall it was a great experience!

My brother and I really enjoyed our stay at Harold’s place. We highly recommend Harold’s place. Very comfortable beds and spacious accommodations in a beautifully scenic area.

A fantastic getaway on the quiet and peaceful Lake Tully, complete with all the amenities you could need. We took the canoe and kayaks out and had a great time catching bass. The spacious backyard gave the kids plenty of room to run and play, and the hot tub was a great bonus. We would absolutely stay here again!
