Die Wohnung ist 2023 mit ökologischen Materialien im traditionellen Stil ausgebaut worden. Zum Strand sind es nur 200 m.

Below the house there is a beach where you reach from a path with steps in two minutes. At the back of the house there is a garden with steps and levels with resting areas.
