I love the my stay at this home. it was very clean quiet area and very easy to get in contact with the owner I will definitely book again!

Andrew’ s place was exactly as described. Very spacious and well maintained. The outside sitting spaces could have been more clean is what I felt but rest everything was great

Amanda was an amazing host! We booked her play last minute for a staycation! We brought our dog along. The yard was perfect for traveling with a pet and she even had treats and dishes for them! The place was just as described and very walkable to plenty of restaurants! We would definitely stay at Amanda’s place again!

Our stay at Bill and Rene’s was stellar! This air bnb was by far the best we have seen! Very tidy and clean! The area is very quiet! Rene is very responsive and helpful! We would love to book again!

Abby was great! She let us know how to check in and out easily. A storm had gone through Indy and she quickly let us know that the power was out but also when it was back on.

Had a lovely stay at their place for a long weekend. The space was clean, tidy, and matched what we had expected. Walkable neighborhood with lots of eats/drinks, little shops, enough to keep busy for an afternoon. Hosts were super friendly and made great local food/bev recommendations. Bonus for their two sweet and friendly dogs ❤️

Mary & Marvin’s place is as wonderful as advertised… better even. The neighborhood looks a little rough around the edges, but it’s quiet and seems like a good, safe community. Marvin met me for checkin and shared stories about the history of the space and some of the typewriters and items throughout the space. Everything was especially comfortable - great bed, good shower, your own thermostat, etc. All in all, a great stay. At my checkout, Marvin made some coffee and he, his son (Mike), and I had a great coffee-chat before I was on my way.

The host was very welcoming and responsive to any and all questions I had regarding my stay. They adjusted the temperature of the house to my liking when I requested it. House was clean and matched photos. Would book again in the future. Thank you!

What a wonderful place to stay. Our only regret: it was just one night. If our travels bring us back to Indy - we know where to stay. The place is exactly as described and bonus - there's a dedicated garage for the car. Also, just a short drive to downtown Indy for the bars and restaurants.

This is my go to place when I come to town. Sometimes when it’s not available, I look to reschedule my trip.

My friend and I stayed at Sarah’s place and had a fantastic time. Sarah is an excellent host, quickly answering my questions and communicating clearly. The space is beautifully decorated with tons of unique finds and well-appointed with everything we needed. Location is good for getting around town. Everywhere we went was within a 10-15 minutes drive. If you want to walk to restaurants, shopping, etc this might not be the right match for you. But many places are indeed close if you ride a bike on the towpath. Street parking was easy and ample. Sarah provided an informative guide about local attractions and also very clear and reasonable instructions for cleaning up and checking out. No complaints. A real all-star. Thanks again, Sarah! PS: in our comings and goings, we ran into the downstairs neighbor - a complete delight!

Michael is a great host and his place is truly amazing. It is well appointed, creatively decorated, and has one of the best equipped Airbnb kitchens we have had the pleasure of experiencing. The neighborhood is walkable and friendly. We have already made our next reservations, and would recommend it to anyone!

I enjoyed my stay and felt very comfortable! Loved the Alexa controlled LED light! Night time was a bit noisy but it was expected as it was a Saturday and it's downtown. Overall a great place and would love to stay again!

The location was perfect for Indy 500 weekend as it was away from the chaos and traffic of the city but still a convenient driving distance away. Everything from check in to check out went smoothly with no issues and there were no concerns the entire weekend. Parking was simple and easy, and the town itself is a perfect mix of peaceful with everything you need within a walk or a short drive. Would definitely stay here again!

It’s a great nice small property to stay. Definitely not big enough for more than two people but a great location to downtown.

Dina always exceeds expectations as a host. Her place is spotless, and beautifully appointed. Even the plants are all happy! Extraordinarily comfortable bed, and a bathroom large enough to dance in (maybe we did)! We have stayed three years in a row for our annual trip to Indy and hope that Dina’s place remains an annual tradition for as many coming years as possible! We could not be happier!

Our stay in the condo in Broadripple for the Indy 500 was excellent. The property was easy to find, centrally located in a nice area of Indianapolis and was a short walk to multiple restaurants, shopping and a Fresh Market grocery. The condo was very clean, nicely decorated and well stocked for our weeklong stay. Our host, Deborah was extremely responsive and her communications were excellent. Thank you for allowing us to "Let's Go Racing"!!
