This adorable aqua bungalow is located in the Fletcher Place Neighborhood just steps from some of the best restaurants, sporting events & concert venues in Indianapolis. This home has a lot of modern touches! Attention to detail has been given to ensure a comfortable & enjoyable stay. We want it to be your "home away from home" while you're in Indy! There's so much to do within walking distance. We allow 1 smaller sized dog for a fee. Need anything? Just ask! We're right next door.

My home is a very quaint, clean, and private space in a very walkable and welcoming community. Historic Irvington is full of several eateries, coffee shops and a brewery within steps. Just follow the Pensey Trail south a block to explore this exciting community. Or, take the trail for a light run or bike ride! Minutes from downtown my space is perfect for a weekend away, a cozy bed while out traveling, or an easy effortless way to travel for work or one of Indy’s many great conventions.

Welcome to The Lincoln House, a charming cottage located just a few minutes from downtown Indianapolis. Only a 6 minute drive from LUCAS OIL STADIUM for COLTS games, and 8 minutes from the Convention Center. Built in 1900 and recently renovated, our home is located in the up-and-coming Bates-Hendricks neighborhood (popularized by Two Chicks' HGTV show "Good Bones"). We're close to the action of downtown, while still having a quaint, quiet neighborhood feel.

You’re in close proximity to Lucas Oil, the Convention Center, and Gainbridge Fieldhouse, Murat, and many major hospitals are in a 10 mile radius.

This cozy 1 bedroom house will help make your stay in Indianapolis pleasant! This is an old neighborhood that is in the early stages of restoration, so we want to make sure guests understand that there are some dilapidated houses nearby. We love our neighbors & neighborhood - we just want to make sure nobody books our place & then is upset seeing nearby houses that need repair.
