Their attention to detail and thoughtful touches throughout the Airbnb truly made it feel like a home away from home. The space was clean, beautifully maintained, and had everything I needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Their hospitality went above and beyond – whether it was offering helpful local tips or ensuring I had everything I needed, they were always kind, responsive, and accommodating. It’s clear they genuinely care about their guests’ experience. I absolutely loved my time here and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again in the future. David was a great host the place was good for my husband work trip it's good for 2 people. Location was easy to find. parking was no problem. David answered any questions we had.

We had a great stay at Josie and Rob’s when we came into town for the Fever game. Josie was very responsive and so kind when talking with her. I would definitely recommend staying here, it is so close to everything, we felt very safe and were able to bring our dog along! We will definitely be staying again in the future!

This is the perfect location explore the best of Indianapolis! The carriage house clean, charming, and within easy walking distance to all the Mass Ave. restaurants.

Wonderful stay in the guesthouse—private, park like setting that made us forget we were just a few miles from the heart of downtown. The house was very comfortable and very relaxing, so much so that we skipped a bit of our conference to enjoy morning coffee and breakfast on the patio… Beautiful guesthouse and grounds—Jack & Bridget were the perfect hosts!

Great little studio, decently stocked kitchen and a comfy bed, but the neighborhood is what made it. Very cute, lots of green space, right next to a movie+dinner spot (Kan-Kan), an excellent bakery (Amelias), and a really solid bouldering gym (North Mass Boulder with a surprisingly stocked lifting section and cafe). I was in town for 2 weeks for a work trip and it was easy to maintain my responsibilities and is nestled in a really walkable neighborhood. the internet was fairly slow but I didn't really find myself needing to connect all that much.

Great stay! The instructions were very clear regarding location and getting around the property. Clean and inviting space, responsive hosts. Beautiful wooded surroundings, we felt like we were in the middle of the forest. Would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved this place! I actually would love to live there! The instructions for location and entry were easy to follow and understand. Kavitha was very responsive to all inquiries in a very timely manner. The apartment is light and airy and it is pristine. In Kavitha’s introduction of herself, she says she spends a lot of time on interior design as a hobby. Well, it certainly shows in the Carriage House, because the furniture, the accessories, the linens, the bedding, the entire vibe of the place was so tastefully done and aesthetically pleasing! Everything was high quality, down to the soaps and cleaning products. It was very comfortable and a great space to relax in. If you are looking at the Carriage House to stay, I would say “DO IT!!” You will not be sorry!

Had a great stay in this guest house. This place was super cute and very well cleaned. It was perfect for our short stay in Indianapolis but would also be great for longer stays since it has a stocked kitchen, big closet and a washer and dryer. Will definitely look for this listing next time we come into town!

I would say this is a good place for two people who need a quick place to stay. We only stayed one night. The RV was very clean. My wife and I were on the double bed and it was very comfortable. My son stayed on the pull out sofa which had a bit of a slant to it. Couldn't figure out a way to make it level. But otherwise, acceptable. The price was quite high. The reason was there were three big events. Indiana Pacers playoff game, Indiana Fever game and the Indianapolis 500. So, that's why the price was so high. If I need to go again, for non-big event weekend, I expect the price to be lower. But it's all about supply and demand. Yet, very satisfied with the accommodations.

Eric’s home was the perfect airbnb! Amazing neighborhood and a perfect location for my events at Butler University. Would love to return someday!

Great spot for Indy 500 weekend, walking distance to Fountain Square

Great space to stay in. Super convenient location and easy to get to. Beds are comfortable and the space was perfect!

We had a girls weekend in The Bottleworks district in Indy and had a wonderful time! The Airbnb was close to shopping, food & entertainment! Ben was very responsive and attentive. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

This was my first AirBnb in many years after a not-so-good experience elsewhere. Jennifer's place looked wonderful online-- and it is even more wonderful in person! The kitchen was completely outfitted with more than anyone would need, the bed was comfortable, the linens were well-cared for, the decor was fantastic. The host was super-friendly and responded immediately to whatever I needed, and the book of restaurant recommendations was much appreciated. The place is totally walkable to the Butler campus and in a lovely part of town-- lots of people out in their gardens, walking their dogs, or out jogging. Needless to say, Jennifer's place has made an AirBnb believer out of me.

Went to Indianapolis for a concert we stayed here and had an awesome time the place was nice and clean. We would highly recommend

Great spot in fountain square. Easy walk to many restaurants and downtown. Easy access, airbnb was extremely clean, and Wendy was very responsive to any questions. We had a great stay!

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay! Quiet, private, yet very close to many restaurants/ bars. There is a nearby train that comes through infrequently, but it never bothered me or disturbed my sleep. Check-in was a breeze, and Kelly was quick to respond anytime I had a question. I’ll definitely want to stay here again anytime I’m in Indy!

We were in Indiana for a funeral. I had recently had a knee replacement and my wife had a severe sprained ankle and was in a boot. We were looking for a comfortable, quiet place where we would be able to have some downtime. Dana's was perfect. It was convenient to the airport as well as the north side of Indianapolis. It was comfortable, clean, and Dana was an accommodating host. We would highly recommend and would be very happy to stay there again in a return visit to indy.

Collyn’s place was perfect to bring our two dogs to for an overnight stay on our way from Virginia to Wyoming. It was a shame we only had the one evening as the location is quiet with plenty of nearby restaurants and such. The yard was plenty big enough for our Dutch Shepherd to chase a ball and work off some energy after a long drive. The guest house was the perfect size for my wife and I with modern, tasteful and CLEAN…everything. The snacks were a welcome plus as well as some waters and coffee. We’ll, absolutely, stay again our next time through!
