Very welcoming hosts! We appreciated the small touches left by François and Maria (fresh juice on arrival, madeleines, coffee pods, tea, etc.) Warm setting with the southern sun. Our dog was able to enjoy the large grounds of the property. Very nice outbuilding, clean and well-equipped! Linens and kitchen set available. Provision of garden furniture to relax outdoors. I have nothing to say. Laure is good living, the accommodation is just perfect with sometimes the visit of the owner's cat. Excellent stay for amenities, accommodation, furniture or communication with Laure On the other hand, the cat is not very talkative and communication based on "meow meow" was complicated even if he gave me a tutorial to learn to hunt 😅 Very quiet environment, I would 100% recommend it. Small apartment ideal for a couple or single person. Ideally located because Nérac, its city center, its alleys, its castle, its restaurants, its market, its walks along the Baïse are within walking distance. The accommodation is comfortable, clean, very well soundproofed and has a pleasant and spacious loggia. Another plus is the parking in the residence. The only small regret is that the bedroom window overlooks the corridors of the residence and, although there was little traffic (but we were neither in July nor in August), it would have been uncomfortable for me to leave the shutters and curtains open (I did and immediately closed everything). Except for this small downside (in return, the small main room is bright), it was a pleasure to spend a few nights there and I will gladly return to this accommodation offered by Laurent who is quick to answer any questions asked, is very kind and attentive.

We spent only one night in this fully functional, impeccably clean accommodation, and lacking no equipment. It is also in a very good location for accessing everything in a few minutes on foot (bakery, restaurant, gas station, city center...). A very caring welcome when we arrived, to help us settle in and feel at home. Flexibility on schedules to allow us to fully enjoy the place. Thanks to Gazou and Jean-Marc, we highly recommend their accommodation 😁😁
