Easy access to The Urban Trail, Aspen Place, and downtown. Airbnb classifies this as a cabin. You may have rustic encounters. These could be a snowy driveway, wood piles, insects, warm days without a/c, birds, leaves/pine needles, heights without rails etc. Yard may not fully manicured at all times.
