Welcome to your private, solar-powered retreat in Flagstaff! Our 3-room guest suite is perfectly located in the city's newest dark-sky neighborhood, placing you on historic Route 66 and just minutes from downtown along the railroad tracks. Explore both our urban trail and local favorites (digital guidebook provided). You will share our driveway, but we're happy to be as close or as far away as you like during your stay. Netflix, fast internet, pet friendly, breakfast items, laundry upon request.

Just 3 miles from downtown and walking distance to Safeway, Cedar House Coffee shop, restaurants, Buffalo Park & forest trails. Dogs are welcome (no cats please).

Note: there is no dedicated bathroom sink. The shower is large and has a mirror, and there is a kitchen sink area with small mirror as well. On the road to the Grand Canyon & Arizona Snowbowl. Walk across the street to Fratelli Pizza & Flagstaff Market Station. On the Flagstaff Urban Trail System (FUTS) for easy access to downtown.

Casa de la Piedra ~ Downtown 1-Bedroom Cottage

Casa de la Piedra is a cozy cottage made of stone and attached to our family home. It is located just a few blocks up from the heart of downtown Flagstaff. This is an ideal spot for travelers wanting to check out the downtown scene and be walking distance to great restaurants, shops, events and more. The space includes a bedroom and a small kitchen with all of the essentials that expands into the living room area. The cottage is attached to our family home, so quiet hours are from 9 pm on.

Home Base for Adventure

*Completely private studio with it's own separate entrance, bathroom, kitchenette, and parking. *Queen size Sleep Number bed as well as a day bed. The whole space is very comfortable for 2, but can accommodate 3 snugly. *Day bed is only long enough for someone 5'6'' or shorter. *The space is not a good fit for cigarette smokers as hosts are allergic. 78 miles to Grand Canyon 5 miles to N.A.U 4 miles to downtown 20 miles to SnowBowl Ski Resort 1/4 mile from National Forest and hiking.

Our retreat is located only 15 minutes from downtown Flagstaff, and 5 minutes from Arizona Snowbowl. This is the perfect mountain getaway. No need getting through town with all the traffic. A separate entrance off the second floor deck leads to the cozy penthouse with cathedral ceilings, views of the San Fran peaks off the balcony & bedroom, a full private bathroom, a kitchenette, and a tv/living room (w/futon) -- perfect for your get-away! Second floor accommodations are good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids).
