Our home is 1 min to Snowbowl entrance (entering the opposite way of traffic), 10 min to downtown Flagstaff and 1 hr to the Grand Canyon. The large front patio has a gas fire pit that faces the San Francisco Peaks and offers amazing views. Our back patio has a hot tub and no city lights.

A separate entrance off the second floor deck leads to the cozy penthouse with cathedral ceilings, views of the San Fran peaks off the balcony & bedroom, a full private bathroom, a kitchenette, and a tv/living room (w/futon) -- perfect for your get-away! Second floor accommodations are good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids).

This efficient bungalow is unique, quaint and well furnished. It is only 2 blocks from NAU, or the urban trail system, and a 10 minute walk from downtown. The outside is fenced and shaded by several big trees and the inside is very inviting and relaxing. Dogs will be considered for a nominal dog fee ($20 a dog per night). The apartment is above a shop/home office space in a separate building from the main house on our 5.5 acres. There is a sunny, full kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, full bath and a large private deck. The urban trail is 1/4 mi away, NAU is 3 mi, downtown is 4mi, Snowbowl is 19 miles, and Fort Tuthill starts at the urban trail, and the fairgrounds are a 1 mi walk. There is an window A/C unit in the main room during the summer (approx May-Sept).

Spirit Hollow Retreat. This Large Cabin is on 2.5 acres sleeps up too 14. Close to downtown and close to Snowbowl. Rent my other two cabins on same street for larger groups. Sorry no weddings or large events allowed on property. There is a onetime $75 dollar pet fee that must be paid up front. Must enter correct number of adults and children staying or visiting property to get the correct pricing.
