great location for Knoxville/Maryville, good value for money! an older home but has everything you need and a view of donkeys and goats out the window! great sunrises in the morning as well. They were very sweet and even let me borrow some honey when my friend was getting sick. I would stay here again.

The location was beautiful; convenient to the main road but isolated enough that I felt like I was at a cabin retreat. I only wish that it was warm enough to sit on the back porch and drink some coffee and completely forget civilization was right down the road! There was some inclement weather during my stay, but with the single car garage allowed my car to be protected. All the amenities were provided and I was even able to do a load of laundry so I would be ahead of the game when I returned home.

This was SUCH a wonderful place to stay! My friends who live in Knoxville said it was in a very nice, safe neighborhood. Traveling by myself, that's something I sometimes worry about, but I felt completely safe. Everything went perfectly smoothly. Some airbnbs feel like the host probably just bought some stuff to make the space because they had to, but this one truly felt like they did not skimp out on anything. The bed was very comfortable and the black-out curtains meant I got amazing sleep. The shower was a luxury, too--great water pressure! It was all set up very thoughtfully. I thought it was cute that they had a bin for dirty dishes in case you wanted to use any of the dishes in the cabinet. I would highly recommend!

Amazing stay close to University of Tennessee. Our host provided thorough welcome instructions and their accommodations were comfortable and wonderful! We will definitely stay here again. Thank you so much!
