We recently had the pleasure of staying at "The Nut Farm", a beautiful property in Seymour, Tennessee. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a spotless, well-maintained home. The location was perfect, offering stunning views of the surrounding mountains and easy access to local attractions. The house itself was cozy and equipped with all the amenities one could need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the living area was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. We especially loved the outdoor space, where we enjoyed morning coffee while taking in the serene landscape. Kathy went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They provided great recommendations for local restaurants and activities. We highly recommend staying at The Nut Farm property if you're looking for a peaceful and memorable getaway in Seymour, Tennessee. We can't wait to return!

A cozy studio apartment above a garage, and in a beautiful, well taken care of neighborhood. The whole stay was very quiet and relaxed. The room was well put together and we felt very much at home. Easy drive to numerous restaurants and highway.

The owner Michelle is very friendly and cooperative . The home is very comfortable and relaxing . . My family is very happy to have had a vacation in the mountains . We love Tennessee and hope to return very soon

Emily’s quaint carriage house was so adorable and relaxing. Emily was very quick to respond and accommodating. The carriage house was a perfect place to unwind after a busy day with grandchildren. Though it’s not large, It’s a perfect for one person or a couple. Loved the historical touches of the house and the beautiful landscaped yard. I highly recommend staying here! I definitely will be staying here again when we are back in town.

Just a great place to stay.

We stayed in this cozy cottage on our recent trip to Knoxville for a UT college tour and football game. The location was very convenient for accessing the north side of Knoxville and avoiding most traffic related to the game. It was only about a 15 minute drive, but being on top of this hill in the woods of Fountain City made you feel you were worlds away. The views of the mountains in the distance were beautiful. And my teenage son enjoyed the tennis and basketball court. If we had had more time I would have loved to make use of the firepit. Oh, by the way, the bathroom is indeed tiny but the shower had great water pressure and was nice and hot!

Booked this place for my parents 25th wedding anniversary. They loved how close it was to town, and how easy it was to find. The main farmhouse was beautiful as well

Wonderful 2-night stay at the Salt House. Lisa responded very quickly to my initial inquiry allowing for a short-notice check-in which was very helpful. The place is constructed and furnished with superb quality and attention to detail and highlights Lisa’s impeccable taste. It is very quiet despite being right off a fairly busy road, and the surrounding fields and mountain views are beautiful. I enjoyed coffee outside each morning just taking in the peaceful countryside. Lisa was friendly and provided a couple of helpful recommendations. I very much enjoyed my stay. Thank you!

This was actually my second time staying at this BnB, everything about it was great. Honestly if I come back I hope to stay here again!

This was a wonderful place for us to stay. We were in town for a Memorial Service and our relative's home was a 5 minute walk from Brett's. It was an extremely comfortable place to rest - peaceful and quiet. Brett and his Family were wonderful hosts.

We fell in love with this Airbnb! My fiancé actually purposed to me on the balcony! Definitely will be back!

The place was just as described and matched the photos! Plenty of convenient amenities and the hosts were quick to respond when I had a question. Perfect amount of space for us and our 2 dogs. There’s not a ton of outside area for the dogs, but it was fine and we had no issues with it. The bed is a little on the firm side, but not unbearable. We just prefer softer mattresses, all personal preference. I would stay again if we visited the area again in the future!

The Chicken Coop was absolutely fantastic and definitely planning on being returning guests soon. Being from South Knoxville my wife and I knew the area well and didn’t have any problems finding great restaurants and bars which most are in safe walking distance. You’ll love it there thanks Wanda for hosting us

A great little place convenient to Sevierville and Pigeon Forge, away from the usual traffic and quite peaceful.

This was one of the nicest places we have stayed at! Unfortunately we were only there a day and arrived late! Highly recommended!

Tonys place is currently going through some renovations (deck and pool) which took longer than expected to be completed therefore we were not able to use those amenities but Tony immediately messaged me in enough time to cancel and rebook somewhere else. Tony worked with us and we decided to stay at his place. The place was very clean, my kids loved the foosball table, and all the movie selections available. I appreciated Tonys quick responses anytime we had a question. The kitchen was well stocked with enough pots and pans and bathroom had enough towels for everyone to use. The downstairs bathroom had a really nice shower head. I'm pretty sure once the renovations are completed and the weather is warmer the deck and pool will look amazing. Unfortunately we did not have a chance to use the outdoor screen but it looked really cool.

Randy has been the best host that I’ve ever experienced with a rental. His communication, hospitality, responsiveness, and willingness to help are unmatched. If you’re looking to stay near Tail of the Dragon, you’ll have a difficult time finding something else to rival both the space and host. I will definitely be booking this next time I come back!

We loved staying here so much and Pamela was so awesome! This place was so clean and decorated so cute! She seriously had everything you could think of and the little details just show you how much thought and care they put into this Airbnb for their guest. We will definitely stay here again if we ever make if down that way again and I would recommend this to anyone and everyone if you are thinking about staying here.

I had a great 4-week stay at Juan’s place! He was always quick to reply and very helpful. He picked me up from the airport when I arrived and dropped me off at the bus station when I left, which was a huge help. The apartment had everything I needed for a long stay, and I felt right at home. There’s also a nice coffee shop within walking distance. Juan and his wife were very friendly and welcoming. I’ll definitely stay here again whenever I’m back in Knoxville!

The property and surrounding areas are beautiful and extremely peaceful. The rental was clean, neat, safe, and comfortable. Our host Margee was very kind, friendly, understanding, and responded to my messages within a few minutes. Although the rental is near her home, it felt like we were by ourselves. The property has several areas to enjoy including gazebo and a nearby river (side note, she even has walking sticks next to the rental for hiking).The location is so private and gorgeous that it felt like a piece of heaven just for you. If you are looking for a place to relax, enjoy nature, beautiful scenery, amenities, and nearby shopping this is the perfect place. I hope to go back soon!
