Apartment vacation rentals in Fort Loudoun Lake

Great place in the center of town and easy access to the college and elsewhere nearby. Made our weekend trip even that more enjoyable.

Comfortable, clean, and convenient. Stayed here five nights while in town for work. Never had to drive to find a new place to go for fun, food, and drinks. There is plenty of parking nearby and payment is handled by phone/app. I would stay here again, and recommend to a friend!

Without a doubt, my favorite AirBNB to date. It is exactly the type of place I would love to call home, and Barb and Greg were just the most accommodating hosts. We had plans to get out and spend most of our time looking for things to do, but ended up spending so much time at the apartment, because the farm is idyllic and being there, reading a book that Barb supplied, was exactly what I needed. There was not one thing that we lacked during our stay. Barb has thought of everything, including snacks, teas, essential out diffuser (my fav), and a well equipped kitchen. If you love nature, wildlife, and gorgeous landscape, this is the place for you. Finding new friends, in Barb, Greg and Tucker were an added bonus. Thank you for a STELLAR stay!

It was nice to stay in but the parking wasn’t enough room

Great stay so close to downtown Knoxville and the University of Tennessee! Such a nice, clean, and spacious new place! My family and I loved it!

Omaris could not have been a better host. We needed to check in slightly early and she made it work so that we could do that. She also checked in with us right after we got there to make sure everything was A-OK. Her check in and check out protocols were so concise, clear and easy to understand. Her place was economical and cozy. Had the basic necessities and was very comfy for a family of three. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place for our quick trip. Laura was very responsive and when we did have a little hiccup she took care of it ASAP . Would book here again .

The house was amazing, beautiful views very easy to find everything was close by. The house was just like as describe in the photos. Samuel communicated very well throughout the stay. I definitely wouldn’t mind returning.

Sara was very responsive. I had a little trouble with the smart lock when checking in, but she responded to my message as soon as I hit send, and helped me get in. The cabin was spotless and very quiet. It’s really close to town, but still private.

Clean, quiet, easy walking distance to University amenities. Parking should be included instead of extra, but free parking was nearby and relatively easy to find. Fun college neighborhood but location still felt safe and peaceful

The best stay I have ever had in downtown Knoxville. Dylan and Suzanne are too notch hosts. They do it right! The recommendations are up to my food snobby standards 😋 The furniture is high end. The art is fantastic. The lighting is great. The bedding, the towels the mattress and pillows are fabulous! It’s just how people should do it! More hosts need to be like this! Will stay many more times in the near future. Can’t wait!

So I must say for our first visit to Tennessee this was a great first impression. The place was spot on with the pictures. It is kept up very well. Location, location, location. The cabin is in the perfect location for all of the attractions in the area. Close enough to everything, but far enough away as to not get caught up in the tourist traffic. If you are looking for peace and tranquility in a quaint location with gorgeous views this is the place to be.

We stayed here for UT graduation ceremonies in May 2025. The house is perfect for gatherings in Knoxville for graduations, football games, etc. The 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, allowed us to gather in one place rather than book 3 separate hotel rooms. The roof top deck was very nice, overlooking the Tennessee River. There is a craft brew pub located just across the street, so that was nice to have within walking distance. The location allows for multiple entryways and avoidance of downtown Knoxville in order to get to the UT campus. We would definitely stay here again the next time we find ourselves needing a place in Knoxville that accommodates a large party needing 3 separate bedrooms.

Everything was wonderful. A beautiful room and the pool was very nice.

We loved our stay. It was very easy to get to, and great instructions were given to get into the home. When we walked in it felt like home. I felt safe in the location and it was close enough to everything but far enough away to be peaceful. The only down side was the people in the unit above us were quit nosy. Overall I would recommend this place for anyone wanting a nice vacation!

Amazing, Friendly and responsive hosts!! The place was perfect if you need to stay a little away but not too far from downtown Gatlinburg!

We enjoyed our stay here! The place is very cute and clean. The only thing i would be aware of is that it is wayyyy at the top of the mountain so it's quite the drive up. I'd recommend taking the Ski Mountain Rd route because it's not as narrow and curvy. Other than that, great views and great place!

We loved our stay at Myriah's cozy little condo on the river. Being able to sit on the balcony in the mornings with our coffe and watch all the wildlife like geese, herons, ducks, and even a beaver made for a great start to our day. The location was great, off the parkway, but still close to shopping, dining, and entertainment. We would definitely stay again. Myriah was easy to communicate with and was very hospitable.

We had a lovely 6-day stay here at the end of May with our two children (1 and 3). We walked downtown from the condo several times. There is also a trolley stop just a few minutes away from the condo partway down Baskins Creek Rd which we utilized a few times when the timing worked out. I reached out to Kay a few months prior and asked if there was a bed mat available in the unit for our 3-year old to sleep on the floor (since we knew our packing would be tight), and she went out of her way to secure one which worked out perfectly. The kitchen was very well-stocked with a crockpot, toaster, blender, ice cube trays, frying pans, baking sheet, mixing bowls with lids, dish drying mat, etc. We made all our meals in the kitchen except dinner upon arrival. The indoor pool was very cold. However, there was so much to do in the area that we didn't have much time to use the pool anyway. Ober Mountain was the highlight of our trip! We saw a couple bears in the parking lot too.

WOW! Chris’s place was everything described and then some! The view is absolutely breathtaking. The amenities are incredible as it is part of a mountain resort. The drive up to the resort from the main road wasn’t bad at all, even in my little Honda Civic. While narrow in a couple places, it is paved the entire way up and was a nice drive with level places to park. It is more than worth it for the cost. We had 3 days/nights of light snow and Chris even gave us notice when inclement weather was heading our way. Everyone at the resort was very nice and helpful, especially for Floridians in the snow lol. Everything was incredibly clean, including the provided kitchenware. Two things to note: pack your spices and Keurig. We have become accustomed to having those in airbnbs, but both were easily mended/substituted. Chris’s place is located around 15-30 minutes away from most attractions/local shops, so it is perfect for going out or enjoying staying in. We will definitely be back!

Glenn’s apartment was a wonderful place to stay! It was higher up and overlooked the mountains to the west. We could see the sunset from the patio. Glenn was a great host and had everything we needed from linens, towels, to even coffee for us stocked in the room. The hot tub was great to relax in after a long day of hiking! It is in a central location to be able to hike both the Nantahala National Forest and the Great Smokey Mountains!
