Kate's Place has been my go to place to stay when vacationing in Southport. Kate is a thoughtful and friendly Host. Kate's Place is perfectly located from downtown Southport, the Ferry to nearby Bald Head Island and Wilmington. It is only a short drive to Oak Island. Kate's Place is a perfect place for a single visitor. I always feel right at home.

The best experience I’ve had with a host I usually bring extra toiletries and trash bags etc but she had everything stocked any questions I had she responded right away I will definitely look for her next year when we go back also the easiest cleanup we’ve ever had

Great spot in Southport located close to many things.

The house was as described and was well-kept with lots of amenities. There was a local breakfast place across the street, which was very convenient. She was very responsive, and I would highly recommend Eugenia's house!
