Monthly Rentals in Fort Caswell

This house was great for a month! It was very clean and had all the essentials in the kitchen. The screened in patio was great to relax in. Bed was super comfortable. The only issues we had was the couch. It wasn't very comfy and the cushions would sink. Also the pillows on there had a body odor stink. There is no dedicated workplace either. We had monitors on the kitchen bar area which worked but there are no desks. All in all I would highly recommend this place! Great location, close to downtown Southport and Oak Island Beach. Plenty of restaurants!

Kate's Place has been my go to place to stay when vacationing in Southport. Kate is a thoughtful and friendly Host. Kate's Place is perfectly located from downtown Southport, the Ferry to nearby Bald Head Island and Wilmington. It is only a short drive to Oak Island. Kate's Place is a perfect place for a single visitor. I always feel right at home.

Wonderful place. Clean! Felt like I was at home. He had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to go to Southport or Oak Island. Great location to do both.

We had such an amazing time for spring break! It was our first family vacation for just the 4 of us and we all had an awesome time! Our kids asked if coming back to this condo could be our new tradition lol We will definitely be back! The view from the patio was better than the photos and the amenities were amazing. Thanks to our fabulous hosts!
